  1. So it turns out Siege actually drew his sig, and didn't just take pictures off the net. I commend that highly, especially that he animated it. It's not the sleekest sig out of the bunch, but sometimes the best one doesn't have to be modern looking. So I vote for 5. Refer to my last post for my reason. As a side note, It was really hard choosing between 4 and 5. The deciding factor was that 4 has gotten enough votes, and I wanted to give 5 a chance.
  2. Stupidity hidden. Keep the cool pics coming.
  3. I'm not going to vote right away, but I'll explain why I'd vote for the following two Number 4 is impressive. So many sigs look nice and flashy, but almost zero of them have any ounce of story. It took me a while to see what it was, but when I did it was amazing. The emotion in it is superior to all the others, which should be present when you're dealing with death. The colors could be a little more varied, but the aura around the tombstone reminds me of a spirit, maybe Mary Jane's spirit. Number 5 impressed me too, because of that animation. Very neat, I love that part. But the other half of the sig is lost, and very hard to follow. I know what it is after looking closely at it. It's hard to pick between 5 and 4. The horse's head is amazing. But if you drew that, let me know and I'll edit my vote, because if you draw something and make it a sig, that's the best sig making out there.
  4. Some a little too hard *-* But if you want to be remembered for a contribution you made to the server, make it a good one, and think through it, then make a really good to-the-point proposition. Instead of items in game, maybe there should be a Hall of Fame for those significant contributions made by players. Their names would be listed, along with what they added. Example: Forum Name: Mac Game Name: insert here Contribution: Custom FRO rucksacks (you can name them all) Date: xx/xx/xx And it would be a pinned thread in the Announcement section.
  5. For some reason I prefer your old style. But usually I like the sketchier style (what I call your current style), unless the lines are really well done. Dunno, that last one is really nice, especially the helm.
  6. I have an update. That kid in your avatar lost all the weight. That's your Q to remove it :3

    Naked.

So that would mean his butt hairs and ear and nose hairs...and chest hair, and leg hair...and all that other hair on his body would be gold too. I just scared myself :/
  9. Detale spawns normally O_o You mean Ktullanux? Hocus Pocus summons, Bloody Branch summons, and any MVP that requires a "quest" to summon it are non kill-stealable.

    Forsaken wings

Oh my goodness...I want that suspicious squid hat, even though it looks like a penis, I really really really want that in game. The first two wings are wow. Some of the others could be called too detailed for RO's style, but damn, they look so sexy. They would rock either way in game. But yes, suspicious squid hat. Can you make it animated? Like, make its pupils shift back and forth to make it look super suspicious. new PVP ladder wings anyone?!
  11. OH EM GEE!! really? You look older with your old hair. I'm not sure which I prefer. As long as you like it that really doesn't matter xP And nice pictures everyone. pictures and no spam! *miracle*

    WS nerf

Oh I know you have to strip the shield, but I've seen lots of pdodge profs, and if they can break their opponent's weapon and armor, it would make it a lot easier for them to live and then kill. And since Tick mentioned it, modifying certain classes would have priority over something like this. Well...welcome to the highrates. You can't evade stuff like that on this kind of server. I can check who's been cheating the vote, but if Genesis really considered nerfing something as huge as WS, he'd make an official pole, like he did with GTB.
  13. Yeah what ABOUT Tydye?!?! Where's that one?!?1 Ok but seriously now, you're all creative enough to keep making new items for FRO. One person simply cannot do it all, and one shouldn't expect to be able to. So whether or not you're upset that someone might be trying to outshine you, do your own thing. And perhaps, instead of racing to make the same sort of item, get each other's MSN's and decide what you're doing together. I still want that Chuck Norris wig.

Icon made a really good point. When everyone was fighting to either keep or nerf GTB, the main argument for the anti-GTB nerf was that mages could simply break and strip their opponent's stuff. Of course, this was countered with the fact that so many players make sure they're FCP'd. So if that's the case, and breaking is a large part of a magic user's PVP ability, why would we want to reduce that already diminished capability. In addition, maybe players should start making Whitesmiths as repair supporters, and go into PVP with their friends. The problem there is that most everyone wants the PVP glory for themselves and won't settle for just support. Oh well.
  15. Just stop. I hid most of the ego posts. If this wasn't THE post your picture thread, it would have been closed a long time ago, and you guys keep abusing the fact that no one wants the thread closed because it's such a prevalent topic. So you go ahead and flame and boast because the likelihood of this thread closing is low. warns issued accordingly.

    The Stylist.

It's all good for players who memorize their favorite palettes, but if you're just browsing for something you like, and you have 500 options to look at, it's a pain when you miss one you think you would like. A back button would be swell.

    WS nerf

That was exactly my point. The minute someone says one thing is abuseable everything else is liable to be. How about a compromise: reduce it to 2.5% chance. And before anyone says it's still too much, think about the point Evasive and I are making. You call one abuseable you call them all abuseable. And to be quite blunt, a lot of these suggestions that are being made come from the fact that a group of players are unhappy by the effects of a card or class or skill being used against them.
  18. The trick is to make them look that sexy in game. If they look like that in game then I want one of each :D

    Car wrecks

I totally agree, and I don't know if Tyler was being serious but I am. A car wreck ruined my day and likely my week. And it changed a few things...flucking cars... No I wasn't in the wreck and everyone is fine.

You have to speak to the Safari employee (@go fcity) She brings you to palette town and you get them there.
  21. I think a server vacation is in order. A lot of you seem to be agitated all the time O_o Oh and...I want a chuck Norris wig. Now. With +20 roundhouse kick.

I have to be honest. I read this entire thread out of obligation. It was a useless painful read, and what I saw were frustrated online gamers. You're all smart people but hardly any of you displayed that much at all in the last six pages. Plus, arguing over anything the way it was done here almost guarantees that the Admins won't consider the suggestion as strongly as they would have. I've seen you guys debate an entire thread without any hostility, so why not in this so called important pole. If that's your initial reasoning, then others can use that same reasoning and make a poll about another "abuseable" item. This argument doesn't carry water. That's not how a pole works. Most large polls, like voting for president, doesn't involve arguing. People simply vote, and that alone decides the outcome. And we can all agree this would be a major change. You ALL chose to play a highrate. If some of you are that sensitive about certain items and cards, then you should have considered that before coming to play here. Suggestions are nice and we appreciate them, but giving a suggestion without a proper argument, and then throwing around hostility isn't the way to go about something as important as this. Just tone it down, you all act like you hate each other. Where's the love.
  23. well if you go the the rms char simulator, there are different dye choices, and one is called "Classic Dyes." They're the oldest, and even if they weren't created by Gravity, they're the closes to true RO. But some of them have to have been created by Gravity because the default color is part of the Classic Dyes. In any case, those dyes have some strong colors, like a bright navy blue, strong orange, and yes...bright red.
  24. your signature is so mean but so lol at the same time. Why!?!

  25. Actually yes. Some were designed by gravity, and some are bold colors. Not to mention all the vibrantly colored monsters we have, and official headgears. I don't think most bold colors look odd, as long as they're paired with good headgears.
