  1. Yeah, it only applies during the days after the first release of the quest, if you really want to get it that fast... but then no one's allowed to make guides about it, nor have the "connections" maybe. They could find other people who are starting out as well though, but yeah, the information depreciates as more people know about it. People have found the first NPC (Baldr) within a few map guesses so it shouldn't be so hard. Edit: Apparently I'm lucky, hooray for 2nd Shield.
  2. Farming's fine, I have my ways, a lot of random stock items (been in the server for 2 years and I loot a ton of stuff,) some time, and a farming buddy (♥). Not to mention I listed all the items down already, so farming's systematic, and efficient. And yeah, what Xtopher is looking for is the hardest part of it. The thing I did with finding the NPCs was, find some before others could, and someone else found another one that I didn't find, I (or they) offered to trade information. It pays to have a lead!
  3. I'm missing one again for a 2nd Shield. This is the most depressing part. Lol.
  4. The best thing you can do for now is find a person who can recolor (actively, that is, you have a better chance of it actually happening if you have someone who'd do the work,) since in my opinion, it's not of extreme urgency, and a mere cosmetic change. I like eye-candy, so if it'll look better, why not. But yeah, best show the staff something they could get an idea from?
  5. AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAH

  6. I've done, and finished, the Elite Arrow Quest, and made each of every arrow. It's not bugged. As of the Diadems, I've no idea, but looking at how they're supposed to work, I wonder if that's really possible.

    Crit Sword

Last time I used Shotels were 2 years ago, and you can dual wield them back then. So unless that changed, you can? The Oriental Sword can't be dual wielded to prevent SinXs from being too overpowered, but the rest shouldn't have changed... I haven't really checked. I'm pretty sure that was also a joke. -_- LOL. You'd still get a ton more damage if you just balanced your left hand with a 4-slot anything. Nevermind Shotels. LOL.

    Crit Sword

Well, Killee has a point. 100 CRIT roughly translates to 100% Critical, but there are other factors to consider. This link is a good place for reference. +1 crit chance per 3 points of LUK. Each point of Critical increases your ability to cause a critical by 1%. Your Critical on the Status window is equal to 1 + [LUK/3] + Critical Increasing Cards where [] indicates you round the value inside down before continuing. Your true Critical value is equal to 1 + LUK*0.3 + Critical Increasing Cards. The full formula for Criticals at the time of a swing is equal to (1 + YourLUK*0.3 + Critical Increasing Cards)*CritModifier - TargetLUK/5. This means that your opponent's LUK is also factored in, so if you want to ensure that you hit 100% CRIT on everyone on optimal, standard gear, let's use a Creator for reference, since it's Job Level Bonus for LUK is the highest (correct me if I'm wrong) at 11. Creator LUK Job Level Bonus = 11 GVH LUK Bonus = 10+3 Emperium Aurora LUK Bonus = 25 Rucksack LUK Bonus = 10 Full F.Set LUK Bonus = 10 Total = 69 CRIT Block = 69/5 = 13.8 ~ 13% So your true CRIT value if you have 100 CRIT on an opponent with 69 total LUK is 100-13 = 87% only. You'd have to have 113 CRIT to hit that person with 100% Criticals. If you want to save stats and just want to have 100% Critical on normally used classes, check out the Job Level Bonus of the most used classes, perhaps SinX, LK, Clown/Gypsy, Sniper, Stalker(?), here.
  14. Go to the login screen? When you log off. Lol. There's a box there.

  15. This, and what Jay said. Furthermore, it already does save you a lot of status points, 5 ASPD is a big bonus no matter how you look at it, then you have all the rest still. SinXs are still pretty good no matter what buffs the other classes got, if if you save them more stats you'll just see more higher STR/VIT SinXs. On that point, I'd still go with new weapons giving SinXs a new build to use rather than augment their already good HIT (DEX) build utilizing Double Attack. It's like the LK Halberd making each and every LK now into Spiral Pierce whores, Snipers & Stalkers actually appearing more, those kinda things. With the other classes there isn't much "alternate builds" that would be useful though, so augmenting their normal builds (but weak nonetheless) is alright. Again, for SinXs, I rest my case. Oh yeah... I've had a DEX sword, used it a bit, but SinX really isn't my thing. It's quite good already. This is for you people who's gonna say "you don't even have one." Lol.
  16. Yeah it's possible but I don't think we should give higher levels than what's purposely put by the developers, well, not in the case of HWiz and Prof that is, at the minimum. nines' suggestion is a good one about trading the protection cards of your cloak for more damage, it's backlash is trading higher damage for being instantly killed by an Asura or to a lesser extent, a Thanatos. But for giving a Stave Crasher option to the already existing weapons, no. A headgear with, let's say... +20 INT, +10 VIT, +10 AGI, +10% MATK, -10% Cast Delay, 1 Slot, Enable use of Lv 1 Stave Crasher, somewhere along the lines of that, or think up of a different one, say for accessory, I don't know maybe people have better suggestions that would help you.
  17. I want a new ILLUSION game called Pornomenon. :)

  18. nines is correct, that's the best way right now to make the most out of your $. The new weapons are equivalent to about 3-4 times the donation value, in coupons (yes, 900+ coupons.) It could be more if there was some items with it. A good thing to do to be sure is conduct a series of negotiations ingame first (I've done this with a few donors, all worked out well) so you have a sure deal. If anything, I might still be looking for a few more weapons, and if you decide to do get some, hit me up.
  19. I remember your IGNs, but we didn't really talk back then. Anyway, welcome back!
  20. Logging in as invisible? Lol.

  21. The first problem we have is, as far as I know, as far as ratemyserver.net, irowiki.org, and my own High Wizard's skill menu says, that Stave Crasher only has 1 level. The second is Professor/Soul Linker Highness Staff enables you to use it, and the High Wizard one only boosts it's damage. I'm confused though, because Soul Linker's says it's level 5? But aside from that, this information clears up the facts. I do see where this suggestion comes from though. But I disagree with putting them in the Forsaken Elite weapons. That was suggested before and the verdict probably won't change very soon, but we can suggest the effects in another item. Maybe a new headgear, along the lines of the Kobold Archer Cap which gives a huge boost for a specific class but sacrificing the use of an F.Helm. Much like the Ribbon Mage Hat which gives 25% more MATK and has a slot, only for the Mage branch. Which really sounds like a good idea... but anyway, I'll wait for more input before trying to suggest anything else.
