  1. Agree there may be classes that need more tuning. I would encourage all to make topics if ur issues but pls don't Make it that cause I job needs work others don't But im not a expert on other classes I main a Gs I am testing Gs and Bringing up issues that I find. My view that if we were not op before the nerf I would want To be back to that lvl of competitiveness and that is not currently balanced If the guard suggestion was too much .. I can't say that it is Maybe10% I don't know what's ideL as I can't test it. We need something to change the damage is not as good as before And surviablity is lower. Worst is to try and keep ppl within desperado. Really saying we are not melle is it true when our primary main skill is melee range Saying desp is short range is just harsh cause at its max possible range no matter how much hit u have U will maybe if lucky land 3 hits at most u need to be real up close melee to kill. Agreed oaladins have lower damage and they have good def we do not need that much hence I said 20% So knights with50% parry and huge hp and huge damage ..is ok. What im trying to prove this is not To compare classes this us to fix Gs back to how they were. Which is our combined goal. I would like some suggestions on that how to get back to how we were pre nerf to reduce lag. Cause we werenit op before and we deserve to be back to that same competitive status. Weather it be damage inc, general buffs skills, def buffs all ideas are welcome and subject to testing Guys also when u reply and post here I would like a show of hands simple yes or no Do you feel gunslingers are back to the competitive lvl they were before nerd? Yes/no ( u may add a reason / suggestion if u think of one) Mine is no ppl who I was able to fight on even terms with before now hold a huge edge over me. ALSO PLS LETS LEAVE CLASS COMPARISONS OUT AND FOCUS ON GS HERE AND TO REBALANCE THEM TO EARLIER LVLS OF GS . SO COMPARE PRE NERF GS TO POST NERF GS ONLY
  2. Good day, With all the balancing hanging in the balance lets try and be civil here so rage less and reason more. Please provide inputs after tests,if you haven't played and tested then it would just be really not justify the real deal. Currently before Gs spam reduction GS were competitive and balanced with RS harass and filler at range and Desperado at melee Even though they were non trans which was amazing one of the main ways was we were able to stagger ppl with the spam rate thus giving us opportunity to dish good damage to ppl at close range and have opturnity to kill Now days that stagger effect is not there thus making it very easy to get out of the desperado , worse still It gives a good window where we take tons of more damage . Where we could fight on equal terms is now not possible cause our surviablity was always low at melee range but was counter balanced by our spam damage rate with staggers is now gone. We have to escape once comited to melee range ( other than cloak which usually means a switch to xcross card making our damage redux even lower) we just don't seem to last long enough on equal gear and skill fights. the 5%damage and 80% spam have been a good change but we are still not at our pre nerf competitive level. Spam cannot be increased as that's a real issue in woe so that's out.. Which brings us to having to either further inc damage . Or increase surviablity especially during desperado casts. i know I mainly speak of 2main skill Rs and Desp as they are the primary means if damage, This does not mean we don't have various other buttons for gear changes, bullets, shirt timedbuffs,weapons switches etc its all there just like others. I was rooting more for a slight def buff for the desprado spam times..something thats evens out melee trades as most other melee classes have a way higher HP pool and sustain or escape cause the truth be said our best hope of killing others lies in melee range. I was thinking say about a 20% damage redux for melee damage like how bout a 20% chance to auto guard. That will still keep us vulnerable to magic and rightly so but give us melee surviablity.only active during desperado spam or put it like last 2 sec when u land less than 5hits of desp or more if that's a possibility.
  3. Staggering ppl with spam was how we survived once we spotted sinx, or cloaked melee. But now we can't stagger effectively making us easy targets we can get to melee range but trade is not in our favour we have no way To effectively get out also like snaps or backslides ok cloak may work.. But I find trades are just unforgiving I can't keep ppl locked in range and I can't get out of range to try use tactics like rs ..or disarm cause once in melee im dead only thing I can do is spam desp and its not enough ...
  4. Ok come on read my post I said we need a surviablity buff for deperado.. Not a damage increase.. Ok sbk damage is not as good as desperado when we get more hits in when luck favors us but we also miss it totally. But my main point again being u have options as a sinx .. With SB , crit ,DD all competitive but Gs has only 2skils RS which really doesn't strain berries at range and desperado which we Wanna use but we can't get into melee range and trade effectively..with any other melee class... Ur kidding me about SB sinx edp damage similar to desperado when they can easily now Backslide out of any desperado I do...its not effective trade I think maybe u should test it before u post Yes sheild equipped on Gs, go ahead and test SB build sinc vs equal gear Gs just don't use berries see what happens ... Please if ur not playing a Gs ever even as a alt I suggest u not make posts about it. I know many ppl have pity on Gs now and many are super happy that its so easy to beat us now When before it was fair fight and they don't want that again I hate to say it but it seems ur one of them. Cause if ur telling me Gs is now balanced what yr saying is we were Op before... Which is not true its just Residual anger from being beat by one ... I'm not suggesting we need drastic immediate measures im just saying, they aren't balanced yet . And need more thoughts into making it right
  5. Comparing Gs to ranged classes will be pointless cause the only point im making is that now Gs is unable to compete in melee range which was it main highlight.. Cause of loss of spam.. So please only provide comparisons at melee range as u give us advise. (a clown/wizard doesn't ever have to get close and trade for any skills let alone their primary damage) Yes we have one ranged skill rs which is more of a filler skill..and most of the others not usable by revolvers. Disarm is just not worth taking about cause any one serious pvp has FCP for sure.. So as of now we have only 2real inbuilt usable skills both one a filler and one main both got hit by spam rate So maybe make all skill usable by revolvers then so we can use tactics ... But with what we have we have limited tactics.. If your gonna say gear change we have always been doing it..its not new and we would not survive earlier also without it. So don't say stuff like we used 2 buttons ... Have tons of gear change bullet change headgear change all used before nerd just the same. so now we need something more to compete all we need is to be competitive as we were before.. No one ever said we were op before and hence needed. We were netted cause of a game issue and thus we would like to be back to our competitive best as before. Just saying u need to use more skills to be as good as before doesn't cut it cause we weren't OP before..so why make it more harder

Guys im just pointing out what I see All I was saying is if Gs has to melee range to do the primary damage They need some surviablity to do so as earlier protection was there by spam rate Which is now gone .. Yes sbk is less spamable than desperado but its has sure damage and Range to be safe.. Compare any other class that must go into melee range to damage And see the difference in surviablity.. SB sinx, BB knights, CT smiths They can get into melle range and survive . Desp Gs just doesn't have the Hp Or any surviablity to trade in melee range unless u outgear. I agree desperado is not the only Gs skill but its the best and class defining one. Just like CT is not only smith skill it BB is not only knight skill or SB- xassain. They kinda now feel like how it was with assasins before trans class came .. U know u have damage With soonic blow but ur too scared to use it as u cant survive at melee, which is why they made a get move With xassasin surviavlity and hp pools in trans. Don't fight over it its just a game and im.giving my honest inputs. what I was saying is while we are using desperado we need some added Surviablity.. Cause our hp pools are very low and weight carrying ain't to gr8 its a overall loss to go mellee... Which is what it was intended to do.
  7. We are discussing our issues cause the truth is we got nerfed not cause we were OP but because of spam lag. So I don't see why we can't discuss our concerns. plus I mainly came here to this server cause of the great way they managed to balance out Gs my fav and main class for last 3 years On various servers so id hate to see that fade away. Its just suggestions all subject to testing and only then to be implemented. Ok like I was saying rapid showers spam rate redux was a un intended side effect which made it way easier to get closer faster Add to that the desperado lower rate spam means even easier to get close .. With no real knock back skill with revolvers..or surviablity , Its makes us very soft targets , fact that we have to get close to do the burst damage makes us primarily a melee range class but with no surviablity as any other class that would require to be in melee range..to dish out the real damage.

  9. I'm.still really finding it hard to survive melle battles with low spam rate... Yes I understand they have high burst but its RNG based .. And the burst it totally melee range.. Where its really hard to survive maybe just simple thing like making something simple like say has chance to auto place mines around Gs ...where mines will make up for some damage and some Cc in melee range of course mine effects can be discussed.

  12. HI guys Im a Indian Ro players been playing on Talon Ro for over 2 years ive just shifted here 2 days back. BUt so far i find it to be very confusing .. plus i cant seem to make any freinds here, ive waited on the main city for hrs looking for some one to chat just to get my doubts sorted out for aguild to hang out with but have failed so far in 2 days .. my IGN : Bullet Heart well i hope this will change and i can afind a good set of ppl to hang out with i dont need any favors(items/leech etc) or anything just answers and causal talk :) Tks
  13. also I find without the spam rate survive melle damage is hard would some def buff be viable say like autoguard active while deep spam ..or say lvl 5 safety wall. Or just some damage redux Here a really hard one make pistol one handed and let Gs equip shield with pistols :-] Like counter :D
  14. I would have to agree on giving desperado a server side delay with a damage increase to the skill so it can maintain its earlier dps bit with less spam. Possibly giving it a better hit chance or higher damage modifier so it won't be a huge nerd cause as of now desperado is the primary skill and defines the role of gunslingers for most combat scenarios, rapid shower coming in a distant second as its a much weaker option in comparison and way weaker than similar skills like double strafe of a archer. So nefring the very core of the Gs hurts the class , yes it had to be done avoiding lag is a higher priority but for the balance of a burst class with little to no survivability it needs to be balanced out
