I have already suggested hiring police GM's to hunt for the programs/bots/ect, and was shot down by Genesis. So I'm not too sure how far that will last. I have even offered my services as a police GM to hunt for bots and programs. It's all up to Genesis, and if he wants to actually do something about the crap that's going on here.

I have been a GM on several servers, and I can tell you that the GM's here don't really care about cheaters. Maybe at first they did, but the current GM staff is useless from what I have seen. They don't look for cheaters (they claim they do but it's a load of crap), and they don't look into cheaters when they are reported ingame. If the reports aren't done on the tickets then they aren't looked into, which mind you is retarted when trying to report a bot that warps away from you in under as second. The current GM team has no idea what they are doing when it comes to finding programs or sprite edits. So all in all the current GM team is useless for everything except hosting events. That's from my experienced ex-GM point of view. Sorry if I offend any of you GM's but that's my opinion on your performance.

If the players are the ones being forced to do the GM's job of finding cheaters then why does this server have a GM staff? Just saying, if you go to ANY other server their GM team is the ones that hunt for cheaters, it's not the players job to find them. Players can report them to the GM staff and the reports will be looked into but it's the GM staff team that's supposed to be finding them and taking reports of bots/programs/feeding seriously, which I have noticed they have not. I myself have reported a thana bot to a GM directly and nothing was done even while the GM was online. This sort of thing just goes to show that the GM's don't really care that much about cheaters on this server.

This is not entirely true. It is possible to put a hard delay on the skill itself of 0.25 seconds or 0.3 seconds meaning you cannot use the skill for 0.3 seconds after it has been used. This will allow players being targeted to have some chance to move instead of being flinch locked until they run out of seeds. On the note of official servers, this was only possible with 190 aspd as well as having bragi, we have had the bragi requirement removed due to the kiel cards and because of the fact that bragi only has a limited time of use it was balanced that way, but here there is no limit to the activation time of kiel cards meaning that they always have the effects, and they are never removed. This makes lord knights one of the hardest hitting classes in terms of DPS and maneuverability.

LK vs pally is a joke... the paladin can use full reflect gear and just sit with defender up making the LK reflect damage back to itself killing it. As was stated before on even ground LK will beat champs, and if you're killing a lord knight on a champ, and both of you are equally geared then the LK shouldn't be on that class because it should be no challenge that the LK would win that. LK can tank more than any class other than paladin, deal the most DPS with the exception of SB sinx, asura strike, and a damn good sniper(which damage can be reduced/nulled with pneuma that everyone has). The point is that the class has been tested with small delays between spiral pierce and charge attack and the class was still a damn good fighting class. The class has the HP to tank so it doesn't need the constant flinch lock that lower HP classes need. That on top of the amount of DPS that they have makes them one of the hardest classes to fight when you actually stop being biased about the class (those of you that are playing LK as a main class), and look at the potential damage it can cause it's by far the most versatile class in the game as of right now with the DPS/tanking/mobility.

yea...no. If this gets implemented I'm just going to bypass it...and I know I'm not the only one that will do it. Point is attempting to filter words never works, same meaning different spelling and you're stuck with the same problem once again.

Are... are you stupid? Lord knight have the highest HP mod out of all classes with the exception of paladin. They have the highest flinch lock skill out of all classes which is on par with acid demonstration, and their DPS is retarted fast with spiral. You need to rethink your class if you think lord knight are underpowered.

Awesome thanks, how do you get the Expedition Reports? I know you can get them if you do the new world quest but that's a long as hell quest...

A hard delay is any mandatory delay on a skill or item. So a 0.25 second FORCED delay is a hard delay. Just because you can't understand simple things like that doesn't mean the rest of the community doesn't understand it. A 0.25 second delay would be enough for the class to still use it but not spam it so damn fast that players couldn't move at all so it would help to balance the class out a little bit but a damage reduction is still needed for this skill it has way too much DPS with it's flinch abilities.

when 1 lord knight tanks 4 fully geared players and is pumping out 5k-8k per hit with spiral, and doesn't die something is wrong with this picture. I just laughed harder than I have ever laughed in my life. For starters star glad can ass rape 3 classes at a time with shit HP and are forced to have union. While lord knight can be dealing constant damage and flinch lock any class dealing heavy damage to all classes without the need for link/other skills. So your attempt to compare star glad and lord knight is retarted at best. As for the spiral delay making LK useless, that's a load of shit. Lord knight still have bowling bash spear boomerang, and charge attack, and on top of that a 0.25 second delay won't make the class useless it will slow the spiral spam down enough for classes to be able to move 1 cell in a whole 2 minutes of tanking which I have tested and wasn't able to move 1 cell for a full 2 minutes of tanking spiral spam.

A lord knight can tank the AV with a GTB on without much problem. The HP they have should be more than enough to allow them to tank it. The lord knights need to have a small hard delay on the spiral so there can be some movement by the target. You might say "well what about acid demo?" well acid demonstration uses up bottles which are a limited supply on the chemist meaning that eventually they will stop spamming(and it's a joke to tank so there's no real reason for you to try to run like hell) as this is not the case with the lord knights. They spam spiral pierce for 3-9k per hit and can spam it until they run out of seeds without allowing the target to move a single cell. That's just a little bit broken and by adding a small hard delay it would allow targets to be able to move slightly between the hits to eventually either get away or hit the lord knight.

clown and gypsy don't deal half the damage lord knights deal in terms of DPS and flinch. a clown or gypsy can spam 3-4 arrow vulcans at once while a lord knight can spam spiral pierce(and carry 400+ seeds without any trouble). on top of the fact that clowns and gypsy are forced to wear full aftercast reduction gear in order to spam(meaning they stone REALLY easy). in regards to HP the lord knight has that in the bag 300k+ with 1 tao isn't even hard to get on a lord knight with decent vit(you can wear skolls or even 1 skoll 1 raydric and tank asura so you can pump vit higher) makes them beat clown/gypsy without any contest. the flinch that lord knights can pull with the spiral pierce spam is retarted high. I have some fraps video's of getting spiral pierced spammed and my character can't move 1 cell in the full 2 minutes of spiral spam. granted you CAN use erend, but then they will just charge attack you once and then continue to spam on you until you're up against the wall then BB spam you to death. if you want to use RSX to tank the charge attack then they will just BB spam your ass until you drop. ohh yes and their weapon gives them auto dispel (which is retarted anyway), and then they get to have coma as well. when you look at the HP/damage/tactics lord knights have they are the best class out of all classes currently just because of the abilities they have here that are not balanced according to the rest of the classes. hell sinx got a nerf because of the SB spam and that's easy as shit to dodge as long as you wear a horong and know how to use it, but with lord knights you can't really defend against them and manage to deal enough damage to really take them down.

I agree with the 2h sword instead of the 1h sword with parry. It's pretty stupid to let them have that much HP with the resist AND parry. As far as the spiral spam rate, if it's given just a slight hard delay so they can't spam it at a rate of 4+ per second it will be more tankable and it won't get the amount of flinch that is making it such a huge problem. The thing with LK's are that they were never made to be a major damage dealer and yet here they can deal some of the highest DPS just because of the spam and the gear that's available here. The class just needs to get adjusted to make it more manageable when others are fighting them. One a side note I'm really glad that there's other people that agree with LK needing a fix.

or they can bowling bash spam you with the spear and you die because you don't get knocked back... and if they try to coma you and you decide to swap to GTB then you drop in about 3 hits from bowling bash. LK deal too much damage for their HP and the number of counters they have.

I have been on this server for a while now and so far everyone I have talked to has either never heard of the City of Gold quest or hasn't ever done it. why don't we get a hint as to where the first NPC is to find the city? after all there were hints for the friggs shield, and even hints(to start) for the ring quest, and we even got told where to become a F. Knight, so why not have a hint as to where this NPC is?

that's the problem with the server. everyone relies on a gang to win which wasn't the case a few years ago. back then classes were balanced evenly but now there's a huge shift in the classes and a huge shift in the damage of certain classes on top of that.
