Hmm... i think what would make me and a bunch of my newbie friends go to WOE are prizes that would not only benefit Guildmasters but newbie members as well. Let's face it, Guildmasters rarely give salaries to members, and Castle drops only goes to Guildmasters. Often, newbies look at WOE as their chance to sell ygg tickets and edp tickets in a higher value. So they rather hunt and sell yggs or hunt for MVPs during these times.
