If you have a "data" folder in your RO folder that might cuase the problem just rename it to "data123" should work fine.

Its strange, because if you had a data folder it wouldn't let you connect at all; do you have windows firewall enabled, Norton Anti-virus/firewall, or MacAfee? Those ( from my personal experience ) are the ones that cause the most problems.

Go to your RO folder, look for a folder called " data" if you have it rename it to data123 then find a file called "forsaken.file" and delete it, run your patcher at that point.
