Only I knew what the requirements were and I did not tell anyone, People hunt for cards when they get bored. On my old server ( the drop was 0.10% ) I had 1k Hydras, and I hunted them for fun. The staff simply tested the NPCs, they had no idea as to what the requirements were. PS: Kingdom, the city did not come with the Dragoon Invasion, no custom city comes with anything, we have done all these NPCs ourselves. You couldn't have done the invasion because the NPC isn't finished nor are the Monsters that come with it. I had the idea for the Dragoon Invasion since the server started ( I had no idea whom you were) do not try to ruin the quest for others simply because you are in a bad mood.

Congratulations Ozz? He couldn't speak to those NPCs if he hasn't a Forsaken Elite, those NPCs use universal variables only activated by the Forsaken Elite subclass.
