I agree on your point with parties. It probably is the only viable way to break up a big party IF you're soloing. Just kinda takes the fun out of the game and the classes/skills when you can flatten someone in seconds. So are the other buffs, so why even implement de-buffing on any NPC? On this principle, we might as well give the PVP npc the guild hideout buffs upon entering pvp so everyone can be even.

I think it's fair, esp with the current change in belt weights. Not enough people play priest. I'm not sure if strike eagle has it, but in a similar vein, voluspa has enlarge weight limit 10.

So I see we're either testing or implementing de-buffing at the NPC for GVG, so we know it works. Can we implement this for the PVP arena? I'm asking for at least 2X attack to be removed, so you can't warp in and nuke with FAS etc, although I'm not sure how possible this is since it isn't a specific buff. What do you guys think?

You can only run RO on windows. That means you need to dual boot Windows or run it in a virtual environment like VirtualBox or Parallels. EDIT: I guess you can run it in Crossover as well, which is a Windows emulator for mac. .

Yeah, I was thinking Maya Purple effect (and freeze immunity). As to how useful it will be, I'm not sure. I'm not sure if the sprite is animated. It's from RMS. ID 5965, and 4th from the bottom of upper headgears.

Mainly suggesting these because I enjoy the sprites and would love to see them. They are Japanese RO items as I understand. I did not make these sprites. Just suggesting effects. Feel free to critique and let me know if you think they're useless, underpowered, overpowered etc. 1) Bamboozled Mask [1] Upper headgear "Whatever it is you said, you managed to surprise her!" Effect: Add a [20%] chance of auto casting Confusion, Hallucination, or Reverse Orcish on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage. 2) Thanatos Dolor Cap [1] Upper headgear "A cute cap made to look like Thanatos Dolor is resting on your head." Effect: Whenever you do a Magical attack, 20% additional damage vs. Holy property enemies. 2) Clear Skies Spirit [1] Upper headgear "A hat that allows you to clear away fog and inclement weather." Effect: Enable its user to detect hidden enemies. Immunity to Freeze status.

Depends on your ping. You can alt+F4 and still be killed because your chara stays active in game before you actually log out. Not really comparable to EDP.

If you're seriously laddering (aka vying for the top 3 places) , do you really expect yourself to have a 1 hour-long kill streak? (1 Activity Token per hour) Maybe you just want to check how many are inside? The ladder NPC has a neat little function that tells you how many are inside. Maybe you want to know that it's not someone's dead alt watching for cheaters? Have you tried duel clienting or asking a friend to check for you?

If I get this straight, what you're saying is that when you die in ladder, you relog and lose your time? I'm not sure that adds up to an excuse to use EDP in ladder to deny someone else their fair kill. Not true. Death by poison bottle doesn't count.
