To my knowledge lowering donation prices isn't an option due to the fact that people have already donated/bought those Items/Tokens in game,that would probably mess with the economy too.Although a Senior Game Master or higher would have to clarify that most likely.

Then what about the PvP ladder Ice wings and Green mythological wings? They'd have to also get a buff if that happens or it would just be unfair to the people that have them and then they'd be completely useless and worthless.

It's what's better for the server as a whole but majority can play a part depending on the topic,anyway i don't think it's wise to change current effects of wings because plenty of people have wings just collecting dust in there storages or alt accounts,if we gave new effects for wings it's like a brand new item so it might be best if new wing sprites were created and give them different effects.
