If you download the 3rd job sprites, it actually should be added already. I believe Genesis had added it awhile ago. :)

- Release small updates roughly every 2 weeks. Focus on suggestions, fixing bugs, and game play improvements.
- Hold staff to high standards. Have performance reviews of each staff member every month. Be better about moderating activity, and removing inactive staff.
- Re-structure staff, or re-organize in a way it's more business-like and professional. Have managers to oversee certain roles.
- Look for more community members to be involved with development and/or consultation.

Found an unusual error.
I got the scratching cat headgear and if I am on the white walkway of fcity and I speak to any NPC, I encounter a fatal error.
Fix pls.
Thanks for pointing that out! We're working on fixing the sprite now. In the mean time we've made it look like the Yin Yang Ribbon temporarily while we fix it. :)

Since people have been asking, here's some more details about the new donation method!
- When you're checking out in the tokenshop, you'll see a new payment method: BDO Unibank Deposit (PH Only)
- This ONLY is available to players in the Philippines, through our partnership with DLSMIZEL DESIGN SOLUTIONS.
- Once selected, it provides you with all of the information you need, like the bank account and exchange rate.
- Then it provides you with a local bank branch where you can go to deposit the money into the account.
- Once you've made the deposit, send an email to [email protected] with your username, the items you ordered, and a picture of the receipt.
- Once your payment has been received and verified, you'll receive your donation items!

We are a Pre-Renewal server, and the interface you're referring to is the Renewal one. However, we have an optional 3rd job sprites pack, so you can enjoy the new classes without their imbalanced and broken skills. :)

Have you tried running it as administrator? Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to your RO folder
- Open the setup application by double clicking it.
- At the top bar select your graphic card
- Select the resolution that you want (Always pick one lower or equal to your current resolution, not higher).
- Press OK.
- Right click your setup application and click run as administrator.
- Select the resolution that you want (Always pick one lower or equal to your current resolution, not higher).
- Press OK.
- Start the game by double clicking FkenRO.exe
- Your client should now work.
Optional: On windows 8 make sure you disable full screen mode at the setup as full screen mode does not cooperate with windows 8 very well.

I do agree we should add something to the description of the hat and mention it in the Token Shop as well. Genesis already responded to your ticket and said he would be willing to help you if you provide screenshot proof. Alternatively, you could always sell the hat to someone else or use it on a different class.

I'm really dubious about removing the delay on FSK, as this was done deliberately to prevent people from abusing a bug with the skill. An item that allows you to soul link, we could look into doing, as well as an HP boost. IIRC, there's a reason we don't have hatred reset but I'll have to confirm it with Genesis.
