It's so people don't abuse it and use the sunglasses solely for that. It works as it's intended. If you want the effect/benefit of the headgear, you need to be wearing said headgear.

I don't have a Mac but others have asked this in the past, there are programs that allow you to run Windows on your Mac, such as Parallels. I would google it. :)

Like thePast said, it's because we're using the renewal mobs. If you want to look for any mobs, just search the renewal mob DB on RMS and it will be accurate. ;)

Frigg's quest is actually the 1st storyline quest. It's actual name is "Fate of the Gods, Episode I: The Dream of Baldr." The guides you linked to are from Fate of the Gods, Episode II: The Final Descent. The reward for that quest is blessed/cursed rings. Both are still available. Also, moved this to the proper section. Questions do not belong in fRO discussion anymore.

If you're looking for a server where MvP cards are very, very hard to come by and you can't warp anywhere, a high rate isn't your best bet. You'd be better off with low rates.
