Did you send an email to [email protected]? If not, be sure to include your name, account name, the country you live in, the amount you donated and the items you'd like in addition to the order number/MTCN number. Once the email is received you should get your items within 24 hours.

We're not allowed to give incentive for people to write RMS reviews. But that's beside the point. Even if we could, we shouldn't have to. It's very disappointing considering how much hard work all of the staff puts in and most of our players can't be bothered to spend a minute of their time to write a review for us. /: I agree completely with what Appie said. Thank you to the people who were wonderful enough to write a review. We really do appreciate that some people do care for the server enough to support it. It's players like you guys who we continue to work hard on updates for so you guys can enjoy it. <3

We actually already have this command it's just not activated currently. We can try to implement it though. On a side note, we're going to be adjusting the HP of some of the MVPs. - Accepted -

As others have said this would require source editing which we currently can't do. I'll explain the reason again since I may not have explained it clearly before... but it's because we use a mix of Aegis and eA code, editing anything (no matter how small), could cause other more important things to become messed up and even create exploits. It could lead to lots of nasty things happening that would cause a lot of damage and could require a rollback so we try to avoid that risk as much as possible. As others have already pointed out, valkyrie weapons for other classes including ninja are in development but it will be awhile before they are released. Regarding the HP tao boost, we can look into adding more for all of the non-reborn classes. - Accepted -

As people have said, it's very easy to abuse/fix the poll system. Regardless of that, accepting or rejecting suggestions is never merely about the majority vote. It's always up to the administration whether or not something is accepted. Sometimes even though players may want something, it's either not practical or not possible at the time. We always look at player's input in the topics, and I personally feel that meaningful, intelligent posts that explain the reasoning behind a suggestion and its pros and cons is much more valuable than 10 yes and 20 no. I understand why you're suggesting what you are, but honestly if people can't be bothered to make an account on the forum and provide an explanation of what they would like and why, it's not our fault but theirs. It's like if you don't go out to the polls to vote, you have no right to complain about the outcome. Everyone's input is more than welcomed, it's simply up to them if they would like to contribute or not. - Rejected -

Hi ya'll, RMS wipes (or no longer counts) older reviews periodically. Because of this, we've now fallen to #23 on RMS. A dead server with only 10-15 players on at a time is ranked higher than us. Can we please do something about this? We would really, really, really appreciate it if you took the time to give an honest review of the server. We are working really hard to give ya'll the best RO experience possible (and have lots of AWESOME things planned!) and it would be really wonderful if you could do something in return for us. I completely disagree that third classes aren't attracting new players. If you look at some of the biggest private servers, they have third classes. That's what is in demand now. However, I personally think these classes only really work on low/midrate servers and would be very, very problematic on a HR server like ours.
