At least if the person knew about RO well enough to pinpoint an NPC or about cards, locations and basically the general mechanics of RO and had good grammar and great social abilities will they be a good GM applicant. Hiei on the other hand lacked all of that while Nostalgia had an incredible drama while being a GM and lied to the people. I assure you, you don't want a liar above you, do you? @Ryoji: Unfortunately you're the ignorant one ignoring all of the facts already placed before you telling you the truth and the possible requirement to be a GM that was failed to be met by both Nostalgia and Hiei.

Only one issue is that you need experience upon RO in general to be chosen as a Forsaken Ragnarok online GM. Don't forget this server is based on Ragnarok Online and just recently I've been helping players that have no idea about Ragnarok Online because they never play the main server they just come straight to the private server. Hiei showed no professionalism whatsoever regardless of her efforts to help which conclude that she wasn't really qualified. Genesis could hire just about any player to hold Events and tell them to name a file data123 or download the Valhalla patcher. But if the player could write beyond the 3ed grade level and do that while telling others where to get cards, specify locations and even detail them stuff about the game itself and introduce them to new things then that could be a GM. i culd rite like a noob 2, but wouldnt this b funni as a gm???? ^^

Hiei had horrible grammar and generally no idea on how to play RO well. You could question her about stuff and she will not have a solid or perfect answer nor would she at least direct you to somebody that knew the answer. She does not know how to properly play and while on her legit she cries about her deaths in PvP while calling others ' Noobs ' as she did to me while saying that I ' couldv'e done something else ' when there was generally no choice. The scenario being that I had to Coma her Lord Knight because she had full reductions to the point that my Sacrifice did only 6k and my normal melee damage only hit 650s on her thus I reverted to Coma in order to dimish her, thereafter she complained about the death and called me a ' Coma noob ' when that was my final choice that I was able to resort to. She cannot analyze a situation properly. Nostalgia had a horrible past and on a previous server she even threatened to ban anybody she wanted to ban when she went emo. She fed lies to everybody in the server saying as to how ' Epic ' in our server was a GM over there and supposedly never did his work and made her do everything and supposedly framed her into being ' corrupt ' when she naturally was. She was exiled from the server and then banned from being a GM after her threat to every player. Then soon she created the guild ' You Phail ' in this server and was getting aggrivated at Bandit for supposedly ' taking ' her members. She told him that the guild was ' everything ' she had in her life since this server was everything for her due to some real life issues. If your mind is so sick that you have to consider a game to be everything and go emotionally disrupt on everybody you simply don't have the qualifications to be a GM or hold a social / authorative position that will effect others. Need more details? It's not a matter of like or dislike, it's about the health of the server.
