I LOL'd.

@On topic:

I once played Tales of Eternia (Tales of Destiny 2 in English) during my PSOne days and I came across a Valkyrie boss in Glimmer Spire. You'd have to fight her with only one character (you usually have 4), and I must say it is quite hard to do at first. She cancels all your combos and whatnot, and kills you in one full stream of attacks. I beat her after roughly 6 tries. A few years later, I played that game again in my PC emulator and it was still has hard as ever. Much harder since you're using a keyboard. Also, Cless (From a previous Tales series) makes a Cameo in one of the battle coliseums in the game. He's quite hard too since you'll be fighting him and a mage by his side.

But hey, getting past the second boss in Megaman Zero (yes, I play a lot of handhelds back then), is quite tough as well.

LoDs last boss was sooo easy lol and so was sephi lol.....

There are very few bosses that I have sat at on the edge of my seat for.

One of them was the last boss in ff9 because I sped through the game my levels were so low and I remember fighting it and everyone was dead but Zain and then the bsos did an attack on zain which made him and die and I was so devastated but Zain came back alive of because of some rebirth thing and I had one more skill to use and it worked and kill the last boss... LOOL never played ff9 again.

Oh and Breath of Fire Dragon Emblem - That whole game is a hard boss :/

I killed omega weapon in Squalls first three moves lol..

Now Ruby Weapon from FF7..... ya... and sephy is easy in KH1 and KH2 and in FF7 lol...... Malibu Frahma is super easy lol and Divine dragon was meh mostly easy. Lloyd is a bit harder but still... Ruby Weapon tops the list of Hardest Bosses. if we pull a WoW Card than Absolute Virtue from FF11... Lol look it up.. or Valakas from Lineage II

You wanna know who's the real hardest boss ever?

GARY OAK~!

You just got through the forest and 5 of your 6 Pokemonz are dead.

And there's a Pokemon center right ahead.

And guess who drops by 4 steps before you get into the door.

GARY OAK NGAZ~!!!!

Minerva in FF7 crisis core; though shes not the BIG BOSS on the game... but much more harder than GENESIS...

if you dnt have Phoenix down, dont push your luck... with 10M hp(i think?) it takes me many hours to kill minerva without Phoenix Down.. but with PD.. boom! just hit her with Costly Punch, then finish...

None of these bosses mentioned in this thread aside from Alma, Akuma, and M.Bison are remotely hard. Try Cerebus on the original Dmc3, and dual thunder worms from Ninja gaiden. Absolute virtue is just lame.

imma say it would be The Weapons in FF7. They are not hard actually, just very, VERY time consuming and most of the time, I don't have that patience.

Akuma and Bison in Street Fighter is obviously hard.

^ oh yeah didn't read that... CERBERUS FROM DEVIL MAY CRY 3?!!! wtf... i beat that game with every difficulty there is and I didn't die in any stages... are you sure CERBERUS is hard? ... man you need to play more games...

and on a side note, Sephiroth in Kingdom hearts 1 and 2 is hard if you were a little underleveled and a little slow on the controller i guess... well i lost to him too but he has patterns so it is not that hard to formulate a counter.

I find it absurdly hard to believe that you beat dmc3 in DMD without dieing. Video please. Sephiroth is nothing compared to dmd cerebus. I'm talking about the original dmc3 not the special edition which is toned down yeung.

Most of the bosses from Final Fantasy XII. Play through it without levelling, and no Liscense board. Major pain in the ass. But strangely rewarding..

Dark Knight guy from Dark Cloud, in the Demon Shaft at the last level. Time consuming..

DMC 3: DMD Mode, against Vergil in the original version. God I hate Vergil. He made me break 2 of my controllers trying to kill him..

^ Vergil is really hard but he has patterns. All of them have. If you happen to see it then I doubt you wouldn't win

TABOO in the hardest difficulty...-Super Smash Bros. Brawl

never beat him...

Thing I hated about 'It' was that I ran out of ammo while fighting him and had to knife him to death. Kinda sucked, especially since I'm not the best at RE. Was fun though.

The fact that you knifed the guy to death makes you pro already ;P

@Leni

The Last Remnant game any good? I plan to buy that along with Silent Hill 3 and 4.

EDIT: Fuck, Shao Kahn was epic and I had the whole arcade applauding behind me after I beat him back in the day lol.
