DOPPELGANGER CARD NOT WORKING

Is it a bug or the Doppelcard doesnt really work in this server? Whenever I put the bow with the Doppel card,  my aspd is reduced by 4 instead of increasing it dramatically as described. Please help. Thanks!

Doppleganger works differently here than it would in a low rate. It gives a modest increase, but because the stat and level cap is so high, it doesn't do much. Typically, you would get a nominal increase in ASPD. Players often report that their ASPD is lower with the card, but that is because they do not consider the fact that equipping a weapon lowers your ASPD, which is only partially counteracted by the Dopplegander Card.

I use doppelganger card and it works fine for me.

IIRC, You get more ASPD w/ no weapon so. Try doing it like removing the cards and w/ cards while equipping bow. Not removing it.
And it does works well. It just that this is high rate.
