p3wp3w Posted November 26, 2016 Report Posted November 26, 2016 These 2 skills from Clown and Wizard are almost useless since the Unchained Serenade's Damage only procs every 3 seconds and 0.5 Seconds for High Wizard's Gravitational Field despite the fact that these 2 skills has such an incredibly low damage. I would like to suggest on increasing the proc time of these skills into every 0.167 second (6x per second) for these skills to be viable into countering Ninja's FS since Final Strike Hasnt been balanced yet. If this suggestion seems to be included on any existing suggestion, this will be freely considered as part of any.

Did I read that right? so its gonna be like a stun lock skill which might be abused in woes. Dont get me wrong, I support the use of other skills, but I just think its too fast.
