When will we have 3rd Job Class?

I think the reason why you think there's a 3rd job is because of the 3rd job sprite xD.

Honestly. A lot will change if 3rd job is implemented, so no, 3rd job will not be added.

But who know's gm may consider it ? :D

GM Genesis already said that this server will not have a 3rd job because 3rd jobs are OP. There's a thread here somewhere with the same question.

I'm moving this to the suggestion forum. We are strictly a pre-renewal server. We won't be having any 3rd jobs other than the sprite replacements provided in the downloads page. :)
