I'm re-suggesting some ideas from my previous suggestion about casino (click here.) Since the F.Casino is still in Beta, I hope you guys consider adding some of this up... PART 1: Additional Games to play Blackjack Dealer Rules: Both the Dealer and the Player receives 2 cards or numbers (ranging from 1 to 13) The number closest to 21 wins (ex. Dealer got 10 & 7 while Player gets 9 & 3, Dealer wins) Who ever gets exactly 21 within the 1st deal wins by Blackjack (jackpot, meaning all the pot money goes to him/her) If you get more than 21 the excess sum would be your score (ex. 10 & 13 = 23, your score would be 2) Both Dealer & Player are allowed to deal for up to 2 additional cards or numbers. The one who has the closest score to 21 with the least amount of cards wins. Ofc, having a draw is also a possibility. Whenever the Dealer wins, the bet will be added to the jackpot prize. Whenever the Player wins (not by Blackjack), the prize he/she gets is equivalent to the amount he had bet. Players are allowed to "Fold" on the 1st deal as a sign of defeat. Pot money can only raise up to 5,000 casino chips Min. wager: 10 chips | Max wager: 100 chips Slot Machine I know we already have slot machines and I've tried it but it doesn't have much variation Rules: Just Click the NPC. 3 slots will show. To win, 3 similar images must align horizontally Possible images: 777 - Jackpot (all the chips in the prize pool) x2 x2 x2 - Wager doubled x3 x3 x3 - Wager tripled 3 cards - A card card, except Thana 3 Arc Angeling - Re-spin / Re-try 3 Porings - An apple :th_e29: 3 Bombrings - Nuke :th_e28: Min. wager: 1 chip | Max wager: 10 chips Whammy This is kinda like the "Dice Tries and a Price" but that game was hard to play so I observed no one is playing it Rules: Basically, an all or nothing game. Player is required to pay 3 casino chips Then he has a chance to win random prizes, win the jackpot, or loose it all Upon winning a random item, the NPC will ask if you would like to bet your earnings for another shot. If you said yes, you will have another chance to win the jackpot, or get whammy (loose it all) But if you say no, you get to go home with the random item you win. Random prizes may include: Supply Tickets - not more than 3 Tokens - not more than 3 A MVP card 1 Bloody Branch 100 Dead Branch Usable items - potions, potatoes, banana, lemons, etc. Jackpot prize may be: 1 Mithril Coin 1 Gold Coin 1 Mini-game tokens 1 Event tokens 10 Forsaken Tokens Rock, Paper, Scissors Rules: Simple, Player must get at least 2 win streaks to win :th_bawi: beats :th_gawi: :th_gawi: beats :th_bo: :th_bo: beats :th_bawi: If you win 3 times, your wager is Tripled If you won 2 times and loose the next, your wager is Doubled If you won 1 time and loose the next, you get to keep your wager again If you loose the first round, you get nothing and you get nuked. Min. wager: 1 chip | Max wager: 100 chips PS: Please reduce the Beer & Tequila prize to 1 piece each only... I'm wasted already hahaa PART 2: NPC Positions and Look Please put Kafra and the Exchanger in the Middle, behind the counter.. Slot Machine The Slot Machines you wanted to suggest will need to have a custom sprite plus it'll have a new algorithm which will make it hard for us especially Genesis. As you can see on the Slot Machines we have today, we used the slot machine for when you are capturing a monster and we can make your suggestion work by losing that slot machine animation (which isn't an option since Genesis did worked hard for it) and then changing it to this: You got: -Poring -Card -Poring Although it is indeed more convenient and fun, and it was my first idea even before, we cannot have something like that unless we change the gameplay of the Slot Machines. Whammy / Dice, Tries and a Prize As you can see, the Casino is still on Beta, therefore if something needs to be improved then we will make an act to either make it famous but not replace it. Don't judge the game first because once the improvements are implemented, then it's time for that game to shine. And you didn't actually explained the mechanics of the "Whammy" game you are suggesting. How is it an all or nothing game and perhaps, how do they move to the next round? For the Blackjack and Rock, Paper, Scissors I think it's a great since i've played Blackjack before and it is really addicting. We made an alternative for it as you can see, our games are actually original (except the Slot Machines). The alternative I was talking about is Double or Nothing. For the Rock, Paper, Scissors, I don't think there's anything wrong with it since it'll either triple/double/refund your bet, perfect for those who want to earn chips then convert it to Tokens. NPC Relocation I already told Genesis about this, but there might be a chance for more NPCs to be put at the center (it'll act like the Front Desk of the Casino) that's why the Kafra and Casino Exchanger are placed there. Casino Lottery NPC Mechanics: Players just have to register and pay-up 100 chips for a chance of winning 2k chips by entering a 3-number combination ranging from 0-25 (ex. 12-17-11) Then, just like in "Double or Nothing", The game will roll random 3 number combination from 0-25 at 00:00:00 server time and the player(s) who guessed it correctly will automatically get 2k chips in his/her registered character whether he/she/they is/are online or not. Headgear to Casino Chips Converter Credits to Julie for this one :D Adding it to our converter would be a good way to burn off some of the headgear in the server since everyone have them. 1 Legendary Headgear = 10 Casino Chips Coin Converter NPC I know we already have it on our ol' Reliable Kafra, but I'm suggesting for some improvement. Currently, we can convert zeny to coins effortlessly, but converting coins to zeny is a different story.. We convert coins one-by-one and it's tedious work. In my case, I got a bunch of Bronze and Platinum coins from the casino so I'm having a hard time converting them. I suggest that the NPC asks how many coins we want to convert... Gambler Hall of Fame (GHF) This is just for fun... Each game will have it's own GHF. Top gamblers of each game will have their name in the board together with how many Jackpots they have hit. The list won't get any reset so that the other gamblers have someone to look up to. *Edit: Added a bunch of things... SORRY FOR THE LONG UPDATE HERE'S A SHORT COMIC FOR YOU... Victoria Posted October 18, 2015 Report Posted October 18, 2015 We might consider a few of your ideas about the Fate Roulette colors, and the reason why we reduced the jackpot prize is because our players has received a lot of Casino Chips these past few days and we would like to balance it out first. We already have a Lottery idea which is a bit different from your suggestion, it might get implemented on the future expansion of the Casino I agree with the Coin Converter NPC having to ask for the number of coins so it won't take that long to convert at least 10 coins. The Headgear to Casino Chips is a good idea actually, however, since we have changed the Fuchsia color a little bit by adding mall headgears, the community won't be getting that much Legendary from then on. It'll get deserted eventually. And for the Gambler Hall of Fame, we actually have an idea like that called "Jackpot Board" or the long name "Casino Jackpot Winners Board" but it's not that important so it wasn't in the Casino. Maybe we could get our hands on that once we've fixed all the games. The Casino still has a long way to go, we'll be fixing every single detail that is broken and try to improve it as time goes by.
