Connection Problems: Server + Site + Forums

Good day everyone,

I dont know if its just me, but Im having issues logging in for two days now. I cant connect to the server through the patcher, cant access the site or the forums. When I try to access the site and the forums, it says connection rejected.

I've checked RMS for the server status, it says the server is online, tried to ping the server, 4 packet sent, 4 Lost (100%). This started last tuesday morning, and i was able to log in around 5pm Manila time but it was too laggy so I didnt play much. Then earlier this day, around 8am, same issue, i wasnt able to take screenshots

(forgot to do so) and I was able to log in just now. If this happens again tomorrow Im gonna take screenshots for proof..

What should I do? or Is there anything I can do? :th_e33:

There have been issues with the website server, Genesis was able to fix it as soon as possible so you don't have to worry.

This is about why you can't access the forums, as for ingame, Ares has explained why.

It should be your internet service provider.

Thanks for the reply Victoria and GM Ares, if it happens again i'll make sure to contact GM Genesis. For the internet service provider, can they block a certain IP address? especially for a game server? I tried to download another server just to check if I'll have problems too but I was able to log in on their server. I'm really not sure what's happening, but I do appreciate your time and reply. :th_lv: :th_kis2: :th_ph:
