What ever reason it is though, IMO, I highly doubt it would be considered as the WOE we have were designed for a specific region(i.e. Asian, American, Euro) to accommodate players all over. But if swapping WOE's was the case, like shifting euro woe into american woe time and vice versa, I'd say it could be considered. Me being an asian, Asian woe was implemented on a time where I am still at work. I didn't suggest to move it as woe doesn't revolve around me.
