Question! I saw this card called Silver Kiel. Is it a different form of kiel? Or just like the original Kiel-D?

Silver MVP cards have a reduced affect from it's original counter-part.

Hey Mark, welcome to ForsakenRO. :)

To answer your question, just type /bm. Q-P would work for the 2nd hotkey bar and A-L would work for the 3rd hotkey bar.

That's in renewal that you're able to edit your hotkeys. I miss that too don't worry but it's not hard to get used to this BM. Type /bm and row 1 becomes z - . , row 2 becomes a - l , row 3 becomes q - o

Took me 2 weeks or so to get used to new BM and it's keys.

yup editing hot keys is indeed a renewal client feature. but b, can make up for it.
