Balloons > rucksacks, be it legendary or not. why compare the two when they are different items? i would have understood it if you are talking about legendary rucksacks having the same stats as the original ones. qperteplex Posted February 20, 2014 Report Posted February 20, 2014 AFAIK the +10 RS are WOE drops not donate. Personally, I got 3 of them but increasing the +10 RS maybe unnecessary. We got the orig. balloons as well which are overshadowed by the l.balloons due to the +10hp to the +7% the l.balloon has. So why not increase the balloon instead as it is the true donate one.
