L.shadow And Ghost Bullet

previously, this suggestion have been rejected by some GMs and small minority. their reason for rejecting it is that GS has no need for extra damage coz it has a decent spam and quite good damage as well. but as you can see, GS before has 90% spam rate unlike now that we only have 80%. GM genesis increase our damage by a lil bit 5% but it cant coupe up with the missing spam rate. i believe adding additional bullets for gunslingers would fill in the missing gap...

perhaps its time to implement this...

Minor Correction: the max a gunslinger can get now is 85% using the uber drops card and losing a slot for fsoldier/maya p. Just have to point it out.

Ghost bullet will effectively double a GS damage. It should be tested, but I feel it is a bit too much even with 80% spam rate.

If we do a rough calculation. Most GS will damage 12k each hit of desperado. Let us say that the average is 4 hits. That means 48k damage. Now if we add the ghost bullet and enemy wearing ghostring armor, that becomes 96k in one spam. Spam might be slow, but desperado hits a maximum of 10x. And we are not calculating Thanatos Desperado damage YET. I hit 22k desperado on thana, so let us say 4 hits is the average. That translates to 88k, double that if we had ghost bullet: 176k just for 4 hits of desperado. What if it hits more than that?

Shadow bullet, I can agree with as I said before, I see no harm on having it.

Ghost bullet, still have to test it out a lot but I don't think it will balance out ever.

Might as well just increase the GS hp more and add a bit more damage to desperado and rapidshower.

Or as ray said hp boost plus more damage on desperado and Rapid shower

Really hate being such a gimick class

+1 on adding Shadow -1 on ghost +1 on HP increase + 1 on damage increase.

Really depends but the way im seeing now GS can manage themselves only on a team battle like woe but is difficult for them to pvp alone. They can PvP alone but the question is, can they survive long intense battles? so that why +1

Well, Compared to Snipers and Clowns/Gypsies who have L.Immaterial Arrow, The L.Ghost Bullet seems the same.
But as i compare now the classes, GS has AOE & Individual offensive skills (Desperado & Rapid Shower). Not the same with the Snipers who mainly have FAS & DS and Clowns/Gyspsies with Arrow Vulcan as main offensive skills, GS might seem OP since, even with the Delay & Damage resolve done by GM Genesis, GS can even still survive and kill ppl on PVP.

Ghostring Card only gives the player Lvl 1 Ghost Property on armor.
and Same with the Ammunitions which also give Lvl 1 Property.

Lvl 1Ghost Property vs Lvl1Ghost Property Gives 125% Additional Attack.

So as a resolve, I can agree with the L.Ghost Bullet IF AND ONLY IF the damage of the bullet will be decreased by 5~10%.

well... if the GS's AOE is your concern, they really rock during WoE. but if were going to talk about PVP/Raids etc... th sniper rules coz fas is range compare to depserado which is melee.. thats why it doesnt leave GS to be OP.

every bullets give 50 base atk, silver bullet give 65, and the bloody shell give 80. ill be cool with a ghost bullet with an atk power of 1. ^_^ no need to reduce the damage of the bullet by 5% or so... coz it will totally suck up.

But FAS hits once and is reduced by noxious card, Desperado, on the other hand, hits multiple times, even a maximum of 10 hits.

A ghost bullet for gunslingers will increase damage by 1/4(25%). That's like getting a free TG and a bit more. Even if you put the bullet's atk power to 1, it doesn't matter much as the dex accessories, the bit STR you put on your gunslinger to have weight capacity, the bit luk you have due to your equips and overall attack power will still be huge.

This is just an estimate, but if we follow that the bullet will increase the damage by 25%: If your gunslinger now is hitting 14k Desperado each hit, with a ghost bullet against someone wearing GR will make that 17,500 damage per hit. Some people with Thanatos can hit around 22k each, so that becomes 27,500 each hit(25% of 22k is 5,500).

However, that bonus damage will be gone the moment the enemy switches to a non-gr armor. If that happens, it is back to square one for the gunslingers. That is why I do not see this bullets as the solution for it. Gunslingers do not have the ability to FORCE people into wearing GR armor. In a 1v1 situation, any player can just go tao+puppetring against a gunslinger and not bother switching at all. While being protected from ghost element, it also forces the gunslinger to use fsoldier card.

Keep the discussion going though, but for me, I would rather have an increase in damage than the bullets.

Ghost bullet is not that important on Gs as we can't force ghostring use.

totally true and thus would not solve core issue.

Again shat we do need is to be a able to fight a night intensity battles .

With more damage a mane a bit more sp/hp.

Right now also if u note we have to spam a lot of seeds to just recover sp only.

Which in turn also reduces our surviablity further. With the spam rate down causing overall damage redux ,

fights are longer .

we do need desperado damage boost and rapid shower spam boost.

Sp pool increase for surviablity / hp pool need to test more.

Ps: but we could really use shadow bullets as angeling is very effective against Gs elemental bullets .

ghosting would be nice against ghost MVP but yes its so easy to counter against Gs in pvp that its not a real pvp change.

And in grp pvp ghost bullets has huge potential to be op.

I agree to this since I'm also a gunslinger. The bullets are only few and unlike Snipers, they have a lot of arrows to choose from.

hmmm... im cool even ghost bullet would not be implemented just encase. ill be glad if the shadow bullet would gonna made its way so that theres no need for us to use cursed water since even we change bullet then the cursed water is on. our element is still shadow, which is really not good for quick elemental change situation. to negate it we need to use box of storm or remove our weapon and wear it again. which is really annoying. having shadow bullet will prove quite helpful....

How about giving bullets critical wound lvl 2/3.

so to compensate for spam dps loss.

Def wise I can't think if anything better/ balanced than 5-10% hp/sp boost.

damage redux or stuff like that would be too much of a boost
