El7 Posted June 12, 2013 Report Posted June 12, 2013 I wanna suggest to put the -10% cast delay in the ring. Hard to spam without it and the high priest cape got -10% delay and i can spam fast. Now i use the ring my spam became so slow because -10% is gone so now i'm using diabolous just to spam fast but it's a risk to wear it because you'll die in champ and you'll be freeze. 1

I'm using 3x kiel and still my spam is so slow like im using FAS with 2x kiel only but let's just leave this to the GM's and test what's more better but really i prefer -10% if you're gonna ask me. My damage when i wear my cape is a little the same in my ring so i think it's ok to put -10%. Sinx and HP HL type is different, they only put -5% on sinx so that they can't spam SB very quick because if they put -10% in sinx you'll die instantly with their epic spam but in HP HL it's like your just spamming FAS if you have -10%. But anyway thanks for the support guys. I hope gm's will implement this.

That way the dps is only a bit higher.
Rayray Posted June 13, 2013 Report Posted June 13, 2013 Ring is supposedly an upgrade for the cape, not an alternative, so of course it will have additional damage. Whatever the cape has, most of it should carry over to the rings. So +1 with adding the -10% aftercast delay.

And if you're going to make a ring obviously you are upgrading the cape not nerfing it. Why would you make a ring if your damage will just be Nerf? Our purpose why we want to make our cape to be a ring is to make it stronger or be upgraded. Even if they won't implement this i can use diaboulus and spam fast. That doesn't makes difference if they'll put the -10% cast delay in the ring. The only difference is if the ring got -10% cast delay you don't need to use diabolous and there will be no risk that you'll be one hit asura or be freeze but if you use diabolous you'll be freeze and one hit asura. The HP cape have the -10 cast delay but i don't know why the ring doesn't have it. It should be their because ring is an upgraded cape not nerf.
Rayray Posted June 14, 2013 Report Posted June 14, 2013 They put the +100 hit on WS ring which the cape has, they put 10% ad increase in the blessed bio ring that was from the cape which the ring originally didn't have. Doesn't seem fair if the priest ring do not get the same treatment.

-Si- Posted June 17, 2013 Report Posted June 17, 2013 I see it as a good idea. My main is a priest but it seems nerfed a lot unless you have top gears which isn't easy to get and no im not lazy just saying its a long long process.
