Because we tested it, though i have a ping of 200+, i can spam. But the spam of bolt, especially when tested with someone who wears GTB, the delay of one bolt to the other is too long. Professors have double bolt, but its a skill. is it one of the reasons why it is delayed too much?? THANK YOU! Edited May 10, 2013 by pranchew
supream Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 It was nerfed. There's no one way to spam it faster then the way you are doing it now because of cast delay nerfs.

I have experience both before dear. So yea both of it is fast for me. Not slow :O. Is like when i bolt people barely stand on their feet. xD

Victoria Posted May 12, 2013 Report Posted May 12, 2013 My bolts are fast enough to kill too, i dont know why your bolt is slow.. maybe your using silver kiels? or maybe your aspd is till not maxed? there has to be a reason that its slow.

Bishop Posted May 13, 2013 Report Posted May 13, 2013 The bolt skills did get higher delay than before. Just like almost every skill did. This, to prevent third party program abuse. The delay is serversided and can not be reduced with kiels or attackspeed. However the current spam rate should still be more than enough to kill with.
