It's not really a huge deal, but we are talking of getting a legendary dagger that is slightly better than fdaggers. even if it is just on the base attack, it still matters. @shane, 15 str seems cool, but they do not want the daggers to outshine the valks and legendary weapons already out. because like some, i really prefer the daggers too.
Active Posted November 24, 2012 Report Posted November 24, 2012 I think Drake card is only to maintain the damage on every size of monster it doesn't give additional damage to monster I believe you're missing the point. What I suggested was to add on the effect of the drake card to the weapon with any additional demihuman/medium/whatever effects that were being discussed. Again, same as what I stated above. My suggestion was to add the Drake effect in conjunction with any other demihuman/medium/etc effects that were being discussed here. Simply put, the new dagger can have the exact same effect as the other pre-existing legendary weapon(s) for assassins but with the Drake card effect. It seems like the size penalty is the main concern in this topic and the Drake card effect solves that.
Aerynth Posted November 24, 2012 Report Posted November 24, 2012 Wouldn't outshine, I can't see how. Every valk has different effect, sinx crit for crit, Loki for soul breaker meter assault, dagger for double attack. Make sense to me to have 15 str.
