Stripping already has an easy enough counter that is the Full Chemical Protection.

SW does its job very well, it could use more duration though oO

I don't think SW should block Full Divestment, because it technially doesn't even hit you.. It does no damage, and just use a Full Chemical Protection.

I think it's pretty unanimous that this shouldn't be changed. As others have said, you can always use FCP.
