[ Location ] The Event takes places in Niflhelm! ForsakenRO Halloween Rucksack Special! As a special Halloween treat we will be offering these rucksacks for 2 weeks! [ When does the offer start? ] 10/31/2009 before the stroke of midnight, these rucksacks will rise from the dead as donation rewards! [ When does the offer end? ] 11/14/2009 [ What is the effect? ] All stats + 10, no walking speed penalty till December 1th!
