yea i solved the problem the problem was first image of sprite has main set of colors (palette) holds all the colors to the rest of the images of the sprite. therefore i had the lack of color variety in the palette causing all other images to be based off of 10 colors if a similar tint. thus making it black and shit. so homo took 4 hours to figure that shit out

red or green red is closer to the original one. green is more solid and further away how should i make them? Of course both of them will be made, not just the winning one. i just have to edit them. And yes they ARE different. red one has a whiter outer part. Green one has a darker tint. i personally think red ones better. =[. orange looks like crap btw

actually i just realized a huge mistake which made it a bit ugly. but ill have genesis decide. what i did was make it different from the regular emp aura by making it a more solid color. then i realize i should make it closer to the regular emp aura, just the blue part of the emp aura to a different color. I'll try my best and I'll fix it after i sleep You guys give opinions in that thread

i just finished on the sprite coloring for the purple aura and green. I'll email them to your MSN email Genesis. Anymore sprite coloring needed? Edit: AWWW shit you needed orange. i saw a green place holder so i just did that one too. In any case ill be doing orange too and send it to you asap

so far i know that the sprite is basing off the set of palettes of the first image of the sprite. and then recolors all the images in the sprite accordingly.

So im trying to recolor the emp aura in the server but when i do and revert it back into a sprite, this happens the death turns all black and screws it up. it's pretty much the only thing that's messing me up anyone know?

he wants the place holders in the grf file or something, currently the original color emp aura, to be what it was renamed to. currently i got as far as recoloring the emp aura but i can't manage with the stupid Death guy that's apart of the sprite.

apparently im having trouble reverting it back to a sprite because they are overlapping each other or its just not compressing correctly
