That was happening to me when I was trying to play RO on a PC with a virtual graphics card. Try opening setup.exe on your RO's Folder and changing all its graphics configs to minimum. Then try to open the game again, if it works and isnt too laggy you can higher the configs a bit, at least that worked with me.

It's done already, but the only official server (which is Korean) is still in beta testing, I've played it a bit, it's lots of bugs and the translation still isnt finished so I still prefer RO1. ;o
