I agree with all three suggestions. Strip is easy enough to counter, and getting ranged strip back is a huge incentive to seeing more Snipers playing useful roles.

Double STR usually fails if you're breaking against a defended guild. You lower your STR cause you have enough damage so you can add VIT, but then you lessen your carrying capacity of supplies you'll need, and not a lot of people are fast enough to restock in the middle of tanking that said guild. Of course, double STR full breakers have the upper hand breaking a castle held by a breaker guild or smaller scale guild, just because they can tank them easier. It's all in preference.

I still believe that continuing with the bug fixes and necessary content updates is more important than all these eye candy, why not just be thankful that they provided something nice but not even necessary, that all of us could live even if it wasn't provided. I myself tweaked it a bit to show the 3rd job classes on the Trans classes I like, like how Dani over there ^ did it. Don't use it if you don't like it as it is, and ask the ones who matter to you to do the same thing. Maybe no one gives a shit about how you look.

The Forsaken Dungeon Pass works that when you use it, it gets used up, it warps you to a random instance of the dungeon, and you get a "new" Forsaken Dungeon Pass in return (for it to be "reusable.") Obviously if you are overweight, you aren't able to obtain anymore items that even have 1 weight, hence... it getting used up and it has nowhere to go in your inventory.

A change in sprite is a change in job class as they've said, and what Apo said is the workaround for not doing the easiest way to do this.

It's gone lower to 2:3 sadly, as a lot are coming in, without them exiting via newer Event Rewards. Then this would cap speed pots cost, and probably most would sell for like 100:2-3 still, and you can exchange your less desirable Event Coupons for useful Speed Potions if you don't mind, I guess. It's like exchanging Event Coupons to Donation Coupons via the NPC at 1:1, it's a sure deal but there's a better off price via trading with people. I'm... agreeing with this suggestion.
