The only real problem is Clown/Gypsy, but I still disagree. High DEX classes aside from those two don't need to be stripped, GS/Sniper/Bow Stalkers use 2 handed weapons. And this. (:

Shouldn't be from a shop, you can use Discount or Compulsion Discount for those. From an NPC who'd dispense it, perhaps, taking your 1m, giving you a Broadcaster or Megaphone item, lol. If someone would script that, more the better, but it's not really urgent. Maybe like a 2 minute delay, not so long, just like the duel delay. I'm not sure though. The broadcaster never bothers me.

I'd like to vote for entry #11. Terroryst's. The sig captures a different kind of impossibility, for one, no human can shoot webs and have super-spider abilities, and for another, even if Spiderman himself has these abilities, the message in the signature makes even the impossible(saving everyone) happen to the impossible(Spiderman himself). I imagine the girl's dead. Well and as Biscuit said font stands out a bit, but otherwise it's pretty good.
