I'm based in Brisbane, Australia and I'm playing with a friend who's experiencing the same issues who's from Argentina, South America. I ended up recording my issue for the forum's reference so they can see just how crippled I am in comparison to a standard PvPer. Once again this issue has been replicated in both Australia and South America.

Following up from this, there is no noticeable difference using the software. I'm still not able to consistently spam as fast as people in PvP.

Me and my friend have recently started on this server as it closely resembles the one we played on, many years ago (aeRO). After hopping from a few servers to try to find one with the right fit, we settled for Forsaken as the people we engaged along the way were quite friendly, and helpful with pointing us in the right way for gearing progression and levelling up. 7:33PM - 9/1/16 Spoke with [GM]Veracity in-game who believes that the item I'm lacking is the Ring of the Divine. Pending Genesis' update, we'll know for sure. I've been observing a few players in for_fild01 and have noticed that their casts (specifically, Spiral Pierce), are a lot faster than my own spam. I'm wondering if someone more knowledgeable could clarify what I'm missing. I've the following setup for Spiral: 3 x Kiel-D 01 Cards 195 ASPD Instant Cast (150+ Dex) Yet there is still noticeable delay between casts - Is this because I haven't yet forged the Legendary Spear / purchased the Donation Spear? From observation, this is also across the board: I can't seem to spam as fast on CT, or Breaker, or Pressure. I've ruled out latency and ping issues since I've seen Philippine-speaking players spam faster, and my friend who's currently playing with me (has the same gear), is from America. TLDR; Delays, in general, for me, are a alot slower compared to others. Why?
