It's original, i'll give you that! And anyone who says this is overpowered deserves a punch to the face! xD Add in ATK value 3000(so each atk will hurt bad even if its an int build) and we could see breaker wizzards around! jk i'm not sure wether to agree or disagree, i mean its a bit harmless and wouldn't toss out game balance in any way. But also for that same reason, i don't see how it could be needed/desirable in order to fix so much problems wizzards have xD i'm now imagining wizzards being victim of Blade Stop/Root, wizzards dying by attacking paladins...

Yes please! For both, although that'd make my 20k+ empty bottle stock insignificant, i can live with that! xD Same for my cob web stock...dun worry, if it depends on me, you all will still be trapped left and right regardless of the suggestion's aproval, it doesn't change that ;P It could be 20k zenny for each cob web; higher than the price for a couple AD bottles :3 Abused in woe? lol then take yggs out of circulation because Asura really is abused in woe! x3 Same for those breaker sinx so abusive on their EDP! And the traps...don't even get me started on those traps!

Well that's your opinion and i respect that, i just don't agree with it :3 Anyways my support for the suggestion remains! @Edu; no problem buddy, its almost as if we're the only ones who care about magic in this thingie ;P

Congratulations to the winners!

Hahahah XD RO is Nordic based tho! Anyways i agree ^^ and i also agree in keeping Frost Joker for Gypsies, it is not all that useful anyways...but still better than their totally fail Dazzler xD

There, you pointed it yourself; GTB is forever a weakness Magic stalker can't hope to overcome, so saying it is overpowered is nowhere near true, and i don't think that being rendered completely useless by a single card is being 'fine as it is' xD And an int stalker has better access to vit and therefore more survivability than a DEX type? i can't agree to that. The massive amount of DEX the range type needs, brings a lot of advantages, including, high damage output to their skills with much superior range than any others, more efficiency and duration on their strip skills and much less need for AGI to max out aspd, on my stalker i used NO base AGI whatsoever to get max aspd, those points wasted on agi go to vit, i can survive a Lexed Full Asura to the face and laugh as i backslide on my ranged stalker, on an int build you can't dream of that. And don't forget, i said high priests card on TCOF is the worst nightmare of an int stalker, but anyone can still use dispell, and Stalkers aren't immune to it; one can't have Spirit Buffs 24/7 and defaulting GTB is a very riscky thing...so yeah it's not a single class that scrambles them over. Also, as you know, professors, ninjas and wizzards have a much larger arsenal of spells at their disposal and plagiarism&preserve can't really get the stalker more than ONE skill as stalkers have no magic skills of their own, if you're going to plagiarize LSOI, then surely the Cold Bolt granted by these hats is utterly useless, if the hat gave LSOI, they could plagiarize another spell instead and have at least 2 good skills they can work with, giving much more utility to these items therefore. What i am getting at is, professors, ninjas and wizzards as magic users, all have their charms(dual bolting+dispell, evasive skills+low delay spammy magic and area nuking, respectivly), a magic stalker has NOTHING going in their favor that makes them really unique, so if you want to use a magic class, you won't choose them. Even with GTB around, i'm quite pleased with the number of fellow professors and wizzards around, as for magic stalkers... The ability of 'customizing'(to a little extent) their spell books is a perfect exemple of what could make them really worth to play. But having the ability to choose but a single spell that can be easily swapped away from you is, at best, lame. Hence why, as a player that really likes stalkers, mine is dex type, and i wouldn't even bother trying to make a magic type now because of how inferior they are. There's no atractive on a magic built stalker that would make me(or anyone else it seems) want to play it over my prof, wizzy or even ninja. But there are several atractives to a DEX stalker that makes me favor it(for suiting better my playstyle/taste) over a sniper or a clown. i have no intention/hopes of swaying your opinion, just presenting my own xP!

Its been suggested and its probably gonna be implemented due to the big amount of people who agreed that LSOI will be added to the Stalker Oriental Black Sword so there isn't much of a need for this change. Although i agree in having this skill into these helm/mask as well, as it was said; Magic Stalkers are at the moment in plain disadvantage when compared to Ranged Stalkers, the bow gives reductions, is one handed, and Stalkers have a skill of their own in the range tree; Double Strifing. Which is a huge asset to the DEX based build having a 'nice' skill they can work with even if their Plagiarized skill gets screwed, as Magic stalkers are going to next to useless once someone managed to pull in a dispell followed by just about anything, Tarot Card of Fate of the high priestess followed by an Arrow Vulcan is the most annoying thing one can do a Magic Stalker. Stalkers may seem overpowered in the vision of some players, but how much stalkers are STR or INT based around now? i can count the ones i see around in the fingers of one hand and i don't even use them all, which is the proof right there; Magic Stalkers are not overpowered seeing as the ranged version is preffered hands down.

Behold! i shall cast a vote! LOL This vote goes for Muffin Master for making such a vibrant work out of what once was colorless. The colors really stand out on this one and being them her creation from the ones used to fill the character's lineart to the background, makes it so almost full credit of the work belonging to her. i really do know how hard it is to make line art with a blank background become colorable, and she did it flawlessly, which really is a big plus to her entry. Being an anime based entry, the Kanjis used as the writting part that was required, really diversificates a lot from the other entries(not that any of them are bad; its just a matter of personal taste, i really do find japanese writing to be an art of its own). And once again the composition of the background is very well made and smooth. Creativity-3 Technical-5 Execution-4 Aesthetic-5 Total Points:17

i agree to a vakyrie weapon that is made for clowns and gypsies that as to do with their main skill tree, although, Appollo's a roman deity not very fitting of the world we 'live' in ;P Try something like Bragi's Solemn Lyre and Freya's Hair String ;P Bragi's the norse god of poetry and eloquence and Freya's the goddess of love and beauty ;P Now...would the Valkyries go all the way to Greece and Rome just to steal divine artifacts from the local deities? that might cause a bit of a problem xD The effects seems okay :3

Have anyone ever stopped and thought about how RO works? Seriously. Paladins are hunky with massive amounts of HP and the ability of protecting allies, acolyte and mage types usually come with a low health pool and get either very useful supporting abilities or high offense. Thief-types get high flee rates, archer-types get high hit rates. Assumptio opposes Lex Aeterna, Full Chemical Protection opposes Full Stripping. The list goes on, think about it and you can see. That means; RO is based on team play, one class can cover the other's flaws as they work together. And usually forming parties is the best/only way for a class to show its full usefulness. You want to suggest another PvP room where solists can live their selfish fantasies, go ahead, i can agree to that. But i can't agree to impose such method as a must for all teamplayers also. Being that my point of view; suggestion reproved. Fun Fact; i never won ladder, ever ^^
-
i must agree with Sera, Woe has been like this for like...ever, there never has been any issue with this. By openning storage in the middle of a struggle you're also openning yourself for quite a punishment for a few seconds, after dying you can easily restock and also when on stand by. i don't see it as a problem x3
-
About same HP as a High Priest, they also need a HP boost on tao ;P Anyhows, i agree with the suggestion, Soul Linkers deserve the attention; it'd be great if their Esma could work on players, too bad that's a skill edit and not doable. And i agree with the second post as well, Taekwons and Star Gladiators also deserve the HP bonus. So yeah...bonus for the guys with little HP plox!
-
As far as i know, Incantation Samurai and Thanatos cards work normally on the emp, and both cards say in their effects that it works only on normal monsters so yeah, Ryuk's right; it has the immunity of an MvP but it doesn't count as one, as such, my guess is that Abyss Knight Card doesn't work on it. So yeah...Normal Small Angel monster of the Holy property.

i'm new on spriting but i could try my hand on doing something exclusive to our FRO sometime in the 'cool' aspect for auras. And i agree with the suggestion, Chris only has good ideas :3 i looooooved that fire aura...but i'd paint it blue and call it Icewolf aura tho xP i preffer to call them cool auras tho...the word 'manly' bothers me bit...i think its because how it translates to my language and the awful amounts of coloquial obcene uses it can get.

Well, i think he wants to be in the map AND be able to not be bombarded with those BCs...i understand...its a tad annoying during woe, breaks the concentration somehow, although it can have many positive assets as well(like knowing who dies might give strategic advantages to know just how well guarded the castle is at the moment). It was a sweet and somehow entertaining change, but it'd be prefferable if there was a means to switch it between on and off, like an NPC or @command maybe. From the answers above i take there isn't XD Genesis just owned Levis! Genesis just owned Sorrow! Double kill!!

agreed. The major weight the armor possess is a huge drawback, as if non-donation equipment didn't have enough set backs and low popularity. And by low popularity, i'm talking about non-donation events and PvP arena being not as used as they should be. We should get a non-donation woe too with same rewards as the regular ones to instigate more participation on non-donation events/ladder...but that's another suggestion in itself xP Anyways, agreed.

Best post in the whole thread XD

i'm inclined to agree. The item has well thought out effects and limitations asuring it'll be convenient only for that, honestly anything that can help with speeding up item management is a +1 from me. It sure is a hassle for people who have to make xxxxx items into tickets, it comsumes time that could much well be used for many other things...like hunting for more items! i'll agree that this isn't a high priority, but it seems easy enough to do & brings only advantages. As something that seems to bring no harm while bringing only advantages i don't see any reason to disagree. PS: Waste of time is not a challenge xD

Bestowing exclusive self buffs into anyone is too much of a game breaker, its not just an edge, its abusive. As stated before, with both assumptio and energy coat a player doesn't need to wear usakoring to supress ridiculous amounts of damage(math is a bit merciless here; 20% from a fshield of deaf, 30% from energy coat, 50% from assumptio...if you throw in a stalker with a sacred wing and devilings i'm almost sure Asura won't even tickle), and the other buffs will see that this person with this high reduction will also have an incredibly cheap damage output. The Hideout has a good 'mission' but with the buffer NPC this broken, its draning some money out of the economy but breaking ingame balance at the same time. Adding other attractive non-game breaking features to the hideout is the prefferable option rather than making it be just like before or dropping it altogether. The exclusive map with MvPs is an awesome asset. What about an NPC that sells things like Bloody Branches for zenny?

Reinforcing what was said before; *Stalker Magic Black Oriental Sword* -Bonuses for Int 30 and Vit +30, Matck +35% -As an Int based weapon for an Int based build, Enlarge Weight Limit Lv10 -1 or 2 Spells at Lv 10(5) seeing as Stalkers lack spells of their own and over reliance on the plagiarized skill can be a fatal flaw in this build. Among choices we have Lightning Spear of Ice, Fire Bolt, Kamaitachi, Quagmire and Crimson Fire Dragon. My favorite choice would be a combo of Lightning Spear of Ice(free spell) and Kamaitachi(Wind Stone Catalyst required). If not 2, just Lightning Spear of Ice. -Reduction same as the Bow has; Dex built stalkers have far too many advantages over the magic type, and GTB is a flaw the magic type has that's hard to overcome, if the bow has, the sword should have too. If the reduction is not implemented into it, it should have another substantial advantage that would favor this build like delay reduction(30%) or extra HP 20~30%. -Take out the Reject Sword Auto-cast, its not really needed; an hydrance if anything. Anything else people? xD

i'm not against the buffer NPC, it is one utility that gives meaning to the guild hideout, i just think its a bit overboard to give buffs which can't be acquired naturaly in game without the use of autocast. Namely, buffs such as Energy Coat, Attention Concentrate, Falcon's Eyes, Poison React, Concentration, Aura Blade, Spirit Spheres, Fury, Shield Reflect, Guard...seeing as such buffs are selfbuffs that belong to separate classes and can't be bestowed upon others in any other way; if you're not said class that should posses that buff, you shouldn't be able to use it. But i'm not against any other buff that can be bestowed upon others naturaly such as pretty much any Priest Buff, or party buffs such as Whitesmith's and things like Wind Walker. Also, none of the Paladin's Gospel Buffs, seeing as they are given randomly and are a tad OP if could be easily acquired by talking to a NPC. The NPC could also be able to bestow the character with Full Chemical Protections, Soul Links or Elemental Endows...i do not mind those.

Small guilds as in...3 breakers? Solo'ers? There are ways to counter safety wall you know, by asking to disable it on woe, you're taking out a very important role 3 classes have during woe, rendering them much less useful. Not to mention reducing the defensive aspect of woe by a lot, seeing as during woe, people mainly rush for the emp and ignore everyone in their way(as best as they can that is), protecting the emp itself is, more often than not, the only way to really stop/delay a prepared/solid invader squad, specially if someone manages to make a recall right to the face of the emp. Big guilds didn't start as they are, it takes time to aquire trusty allies, and during woe they work a lot to keep their castle/take one. Its a team based event where offense and defense play vital and equally important roles...not a race to see who breaks first. Some tactics for your consideration; *No matter how many casters are around, The safety wall can be cast only one per tile and is not renewable, its easy to explore this weakness of the skill. *Safety walls don't spring out of mid air...they are signature skills of three jobs; Professor, Wizzard and Priests. The Safety wall is constantly being re-created? Attack and kill nearby Professors/Wizards/Priests, after that you're home free. *An ally Professor can cast Magnetic Earth on the emp preventing the cast of further safety walls, bring one with you. *An ally Wizzard can cast Gambatein on any ground spell(includes Safety Wall) to destroy them, additionally, wizzards can wrack havoc with their nuke spells, bring one with you. *An ally Priest or Champion can cast Pneuma, Pneuma and Safety wall are barrier spells that protect against ranged and meelee attacks respectively, the thing is...they don't stack in the same area and Pneuma has a wider area of effect, a Priest and/or a Champion can stop the cast of Safety wall if they can fit one pneuma in the gap between their casts, bring one with you. *But if you hate having friends and allies and want to do all by yourself, consider using Detale and/or Errende cards, Detale is more effective; it activates by being hit with magic and casts ME around you, if you're at the emp and someone is using SW...chances are that you ARE being hit with magic, don't Use GTB or else ME won't activate. Errende is less reliable...but it can work and when it does its pretty...interesting. As you can see, Safety Wall is FAR from an invincible skill.

@Kayleigh: Sorry for how i worded it then XD i see you point. And don't worry that was JK since i don't see anyone nerfing it at all :3 @HerLove: well i was trying to say that the card should be nerfed to snipers as well, not fixed to the one it has been already nerfed(since i don't like this nonsense card at all, it is right after GTB in the list of things i hate on RO) xD i wouldn't mind if the SB had this nerf of delay though, an extra kiel...less people wearing fsold...i can live with that :D
-
That's one of the points of the game; you aren't supposed to be able to withstand everything on a single kind of equipment. Besidies, these complains are mostly aimed at snipers who do use the thanatos card, and it would be unfair to debilitate snipers in general since the only ones that seen OP are the ones who use this card(not all players do have this). @Sen; i wouldn't mind adding a +60% aftercast delay to the thanatos card :D
