Gates of hel is part of the Forsaken RO Story Line, It is a requirement to make a ring from a donation cape, or you can make non-donation rings, but I am not to sure how. Silver MvP cards are MvP cards that are toned down a little since they are easily obtained, You can do the quest for Silver MvP cards in lhz_dun01 150 150 or 100 100, not to sure which one it is, but it is one of the two.
