Rucksacks cost 25 dollars and only give +10 all stats, and his visual don't appear if you are looking to the front. Wings are cheaper and have nice visuals, now if this have better stats, what you will do with rucksacks? Nothing but throw them in the trash. The wings buff won't affect the legendary and vote versions, but will affect others donations item. I agree for a general change on the lowers headgears.

With 3 Kiels you have the option of use full King set, wich gives great stats (like freeze imunnity), and if u have 4 slot cards, u can use the 4° for Maya purple or Fsoldier. In Case of using Ship cap hat or piamette ears, u will have only 3 slots, so u can't put 4 silver kiels. What i saw in the guide, the entire set give -25% after-cast delay, so 4 silver kiels and entire set will give -85% after cast delay. If you don't have enogh tokens for 3 kiels, u can use this set, but in most of times, I prefer use Knight or king set. I only have 2 Kiels in my entire account. On most of characters i use 3 or 4 silver Kiels, and sometimes i still think the Knight and King set is better, intead of using the sprint to lose a lot of benefits.

What you mean with people disturbing? Peoples spamming messages on chat? Whispering and annoying players? If the case u can @request gm or file ticket. If u mean players that are attacking farmers, its a PVP server, so u have to deal with it.

I found the problem, silver kiels don't stack with 2 Kiels... I was trying spam AV with 2 Kiels and 2 Silver Kiels, to have -90% after-cast delay. and i wasn't able to spam AV. Then i tried test with 2 expert ring, and for some reason, the AVs started spam, the Tarot and Drazzer was spamming faster too. I removed the 2 silver kiels, and AV was spamming as well. The efficiency of 2 Kiels, 2 silver kiels and 2 expert ring was exactly the same of 2 Kiels and 2 expert rings. I think i will have to Buy a 3rd original Kiel to use AV with 2 dex gaunts. Is the Arrow Vulcan still spammable? I know my ping is terrible (arround 180ms), but i tried spam this skill with -90% after-cast delay, and i can't even do 2 consecutive AVs.

Reset your position: fRO site > Control Panel > "My account" > your character name > above viewing character, reset position. or fRO forum > Voting Center > "My account" > your character name > above viewing character, reset position.

If you can connect on character selection, but cant acess the character, try reset you position (fRO site > "Control panel" > "My account" > your character name > above viewing character, reset positon). You need install the full patch on fRO site, with ~1,9 Gb. Only install the small patch if u have kRO or want to remove 3rd job sprite. Everytime you download something, never use other programs, just let the browser opened with the download and close everything like skype, sites like youtube, etc... (exepct antivirus). In resume, don't use your pc while downloading something.

Players that sacrificed a lot of time to buy a pair of belts will feel so... foolish if the admins implement an idea like that. One of the only reasons u can find king equips for vote points is because your visual is limited. To have +10 all stats and +5% HP with expansion hats u need a original set, mantaining the value of this set. But the belts, the effects still the same, the visual still the same, the only thing will change is the price.

Go to forsaken RO folder, execute setup as administrator, mark full screen, and probably u will be able to play in full screen

Send a ticket. I don't know if is the case, but there are classes that don't have legend weap, like taekwon boy/girl. Check if the cookbook that u have is level 7. I don't know if is possible to have the sloted memory book, but check if you memory book is sloted, to do the quest u need to have the non-sloted memory book. Talk with the librarian, because the librarian take the items of first part of the quest, not the knight master. After talking with the librarian, if all yous items is gone, u can start the second part of the quest, colect 4 books of the others librarys

If u know the e-mail, the username and the name of your characters, there is a option on ticket system that recovers your password. it will be easier if u know all the infos about your old acc, then send a ticket to them.

What i learned about old games is: the better the pc, the worse is the performance when running on full screen. I tried to play a game called exceed, and when i play on my old notebook 1GB ram and poor processor, it works fine. On my notebook with 6GB, win 8, and core i5, it runs on 5 FPS, and the better i got is 10 FPS. Try run on screen mode, it works to me. Other detail, win 8 is terrible Its better run games on win7
