Well, if they resort to one solid character to build a good offense, then thats why I use my paladin (the only character I have), as my center of defense. I'm not mainly relying on Sacrifice like others do, since Paladins are made to be played defensively. And yes, we have different views on such. After I battled with First Blood from seek and destroy, I began to hate him less since were both basically the same. He concentrates primarily on attacking while I concentrate on being defensive. Its not that there are other ways/classes to beat Sins, but its how you utilize that same character over and over again to your advantage. I specialized in only on one character and I have no regrets about it. Same with them. Being a good player doesn't really mean being able to use several characters, but being your best at even just one. I can say right now my Paladin build is a bit unorthodox, but it works well for me. Why? Because its my own build, and not copied from anyone else. That build defines my skill as a player. Same goes with them. I'm not bragging of anything, because I'm just trying to prove my point here. No need for further hostility.
