Not really, coma is rendered almost completely useless already anyway, with the exception of Tarot.
Reinstate the old effects for the magic&ranged classes, keep the way it for the melee.
PvP tokens will allow access to a new set, that will provide the player that which they need most in PvP battles: survivability.
No more raw reductions, we've got enough of that, health can be an option, but it'll have to be different portions for each class branch.
Promote the use of different classes, the old FotM Gunslingers have completely disappeared, the old play style is back in a majority; LK, Assassin Cross & Champions, though the Archer class has made a decent comeback too. Make the rewards be worth the effort, as it's a lot harder to kill someone with the non-played classes than the overly played ones (SB spam, Spiral stunlocking or 1-2 hit Asuras).
The weak players need to learn to team-up to be able to make this possible, but that's their problem, sharing is caring.
Use the original prices that were used for the fset + 50% or something, which would end up to 150 PvP tokens per piece.
It's a lot if the maximum per week you'll be able to earn is a mere 10 tokens, but it should become a set worth fighting for.
