Does Rune Quest Have Limit To Make Runes?

wth no one knows how to make rune?? that's too f******* impossible -
ive been making str/vit rune for my profit.. but suddenly the npc is asking for the unlocking items again.. is there any limit to make runes or do i have a time limit to complete the 3 npc to make the other runes? thanks for the answer....

i use Fro patcher.. but it cant be helped... i always got gravity error.. even im in fcity.. can you make a manual patch please

i think last man standing is not suitable for new player/newbie player.. because how can you test your ability if you can't coup up with the rich players.. even the rich player is luck of skills/talent vs the poor talented/well skilled player.. in the end poor players will be the looser.. i suggest that the admin makes a room that only NPC items allowed so it will be well balanced..
