A few years ago i drank like 2 boxes of instant coffee for 2 straight days... 12 per box... made me stay up for 3 whole days.. and as I've experience.. do NOT try to take more than 2 cups a day

I take 300mg of caffeine erry day. and its fine. :) Just dont drink too much coffee.
