How does 170% reflect works out? Meaning total damage x another 70% of that total damage = 170% Reflect damage?

Its a shame how the administrators chose to deal it with this way and post the guide on the wiki all because of one person. Although it is rumored that the guide is going to be spread, as the administrator, you could still maintain the secrecy and market by making these culprits face the consequences. Many other people have worked hard for this guide and would like to retain the secret not only for themselves, but for the market and economy of the server too. This could've been dealt more professionally and not like this.

I believe the effect would've been nulled if it reached a certain percentage just like the kiel-d01 cards. each gives 30% reduce auto cast delay. Although u have 4 slots in your head gears, the effects wouldn't stack

I think the effect is the same. What seems to be the problem? I may be wrong but. when I am in a duel, I get asura damage at about 100++ k damage and it reflects about 27k ish damage. I may be wrong but it seems tome that the effect is the same.
