    So I thought it might be a cool thang to upgrade my internet connection. Now they've sent me all the router & splitter stuff I need. All I have to do it to plug it and configure the speed port. So I try and get this message: Provider: 'Please enter your UserID and UserID Password.' Me: 'Wtf is a UserID Password...? Clicks Forgot Password?' Provider: 'Please log into the email adress we have created for you when you registered (like 12 years ago) which you have yet to even take note of.' Me: 'The hell...? I know the email adress but what the heck was the password for it? Clicks Forgot Password?' Provider: 'Please enter your UserID and the code shown below.' Me: Types it in, hopes to finally find out the password to the password to the password. Provider: 'Please enter your Personal Keyword, that has been sent to you upon registration and a new Password.' Me:'.....................' GOD ALL I WANT TO DO IS CHANGE FROM DSL6k TO DSL16k. THIS SHIT IS DRIVING ME NUTS. TL;DR: Internet providers suck fml. GAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
