  1. so u consider rop/skull/ and other wide auras as one of those auras who look bad? and as i had explained. it wouldnt be that good as what u expect since zod has larger icons than of an emp.
  2. so far as i know. the @noks is not working as it should be. and a different case on MvPs. and the case on wiz spamming SG, they deal most damage already on mobs to the extent that the hp is already below 50% which will cancel the rule in "who dealt most damage" gets the drop. and as i said also on that post, i am not entirely sure as sometimes, drops are dropped on the map when someone already hit them before you. fully geared players can never always constitute as your smart/strong/advantageous type of player. as i said, it is nearly impossible to find a suitable variable for that, if not, i would like to ask your own suggestions on it. even if it was discussed as i already read them before u even told me, it always leads to the same end point.
  3. hmm the old one was replaced due to the ks issue i think, since theres always someone Ksing/Camping. in line with this suggestion, it is always the case on MVPs, not sure if the rule is who hit it last or who dealt most damage. so if it was to be brought back, all i am suggesting even from long ago is that to allow the 1st player who hit the MvP get the drops so long as he dont die in the map. at least it would be fair to the ones who saw MvPs 1st even he cant kill it, and in case of thana, the one who summoned it should be the only one that could get drops even if others KS. though i like the idea of raids, theres a lot more cons than pros on that.
  4. a no and a no no. Its practically very good as where it stands at the moment. i can agree on an alternative aura with same stats or a bit different one to make an alternative just like damage auras(lhz/rop/ribbon) reducing its diameter like emp aura. would make it look really bad. zodiac aura has much larger icons than emp that would practically be overlapping. It looks great the way it is. i like better than colored lhz actually. and id rather implement a new aura for matk than making a new one for physical. theres a really good suggestion for matk auras in the previous thread and erwin made some cool samples. dont know what happen on that suggestion.
  5. Again the issue is becoming clear. its more of the eof side than the farming side. Id really rather make the anti KS code/script to work rather than to turn off pk in the whole map. 1- if that is the case turning pk off for the reason of making it more viable in farming would be irrational and invalid. 2- i dont see why geared ones deserves to get more when they already have much than most of the players. I see this reasoning a bit absurd. 3- even if u put statistics up, theres multiple chances of drop % so theres no way you can really find a suitable variable to make it same for every week. I find the bold statement, ironical. and confusing on what u really wanna say. Your cause and effect all goes around the bush and misleading on all the arguments you are trying and tried to raise.

  8. theoretically speaking. not actually, as long as the one who 1st hit the mobs did not die nor warp around, the loots of the mobs who get to hit them 1st gets the loots even if others tried to kill them. but some cases i have experienced is that i just SG and warp. and still get drops when mobs are killed whether by others.or by me. Or the drops would just lay on the ground. well doubt their spawn would be instant as it will pump more zeny and thus devalue it. most new ones tend to be mislead in farming zeny and focuses on abyss_03. Extra spot for a few gain would be worthless, if u weigh the gain and benefit from that extra spot, might as well go farm other things. and there would be less spot i believe as i said due to players storming the map. On your new suggestion. i dont see the changes are necessary, simply because it just end up to a "tweaked original suggestion" type. though i do respect and see your point. though lowering drop % would only cause more price hike as i can predict on the market even if u raise it to 15% during weekend which will eventually be a farming season for eof, thus will make it harder to get by different individuals. and as ray said, together with hoarding, changes would just stir up the market of eof which is at a ridiculous state already.
  9. not specifically about religion, if they are being offensive without you provoking them, then u can get some SS and report. or simply use /ex<space> name of player that you don want to receive pms. or /exall to turn all of pms.
  10. i bet to disagree in this one sire, you see, as i aforementioned, more people in the map will also heighten the rate of the mobs being killed. and will increase it to the point that it will lower gain for each individual player, thus making it less viable for new ones to actually get treasure boxes considering the drop chance.
  11. Just this point. I dont see it how will new ones get more zeny, they farm on different maps simply because they are always getting killed in abyss. But my point here, after the pk is off on abyss, is that, New ones knowing well that they cant be killed will storm the map, thus more players on map = less drop for each. considering the drop chance of treasure boxes.
  12. Yes the map indeed spawns an mvp which drops an expensive loot. But then again, that is the case of this map when the MVP topic is on. But this map is also used as a farming site which is a different case imo. My stand is that we should consider both points that u clearly stated on your suggestion: 1st - the map as a zeny farming site 2nd - the map as an mvp site The discussion is now focused on the MVP side only. So this suggestion is becoming one sided. If its the MvP side, i therefore suggest to have an exclusive loot chance to the one who get to hit the mvp 1st not considering damage output so long as you dont die before the mvp gets killed. So everyone would benefit. This resolves KS issues. Both geared or ungeared player would have a fair chance and now will based on the luck and timing. Pk off wouldnt be ideal for both points. but with these. its not much change on the map solely. but for the benefit of all hunted MVPs
  13. That should be a motivation for a gamer. like saying this line: "Just wait, When im geared, I can hunt u down instead". i myself did that, and hunted down those who hunts me when i farm before. ANd you dont really need much of expensive gears to PvP, average gears can do a decent fight. so long as you have a good reaction time/necessary cards/even a knght set is good enough/theres vote things now such as capes/ which greatly boost you up.

  15. I dont really think that farming is an end-game activity unless you donate. Farming is what most of the players did when they started, when they are on average playing and even a bit on end-game. End-Game Activity would constitute mostly by PVP/GVG. Also if its end-game, i therefor conclude that you have enough resources to just buy rather than farm, right? (if you wanna save up then its a different case.) Yeah why should we? Simply because of a simple logic here, the people with high end/expensive stuffs are OPing shits and hoarding em. so people who are starting or what you can call "newbies" are having a hard time obtaining it unless otherwise through donations. As for Plok's suggestion, i myself got killed there way back when i was starting, but if you put the pk off, the competition would be very tight as many will surely farm in there knowing that they wont be killed. Besides theres a lot of maps to farm for. And other things for a newbie to get profit from. The MvPing issue is a different thing from the farming one. But i can see that EOF will surely have a price hike once its harder to obtain by force killing other MvPers. So i dont think it would be good. Its a different thing from the tur_dun03 where TG respawns, it has no other mobs used for farming. It was supposed to be one of the PK venues for players. but PK Turned off now, so no more PvPing in there.

  17. Hmm. i suggest to just farm other things and buy it from players. If its taking you that much time. I also got it in 1st 1-2hrs of farming when i created my 1st character. Try farming for sage stone and just buy from vendors market. ^^,
  18. and why people buy HWC is that because it is indeed very useful in farming. HWc only works decent in a PvP against a matk type.
  19. id rather see other recolors that people really wants for a very long time. such as red butt aura/(waiting for years , honestly) black rop white wanderers sakkat white satan mask and so much more on the recolor thread.
  20. i myself is using +10 armors that depends on the enemy. so its not entirely worthless to have +10 armors. also considering that they cost way cheaper, having 1-2 +10 amors wouldnt make your defense so high, and usually when you are on skolls , it makes ur def negative, so good way to counter it is by having a +10 armor type equip
  21. i think its been the HP of wiz that should be looked into more as skills such matk attacks and stave are already good. also the issue on the gemstones when using the gravitational field.
  22. 2-3k items would rather be a lot already. for just 1 SW. well quest items that are hard to get are 1 of the ways new ones are getting money from. so making it questable would affect one of the new ones chance to earn money. + if its the ring quest items, i bet it would affect the price of the rings/jacket as well.

And so we are, so ill stop here on replying to you. so far as this thread is concern. You are starting to be a nuisance. You are only seeing your OWN points and dont even consider OUR points. If thats the case of the argue i wont comment anymore. As i already stated what i needed to say, and no further explanations would be needed since i myself and the others have pointed it out clear enough repeatedly. you constantly saying 3rd party programs. To make it clear to you. the delays was been updated like this to avoid the macros and such. And as you can read, we always had been saying, that only people who are using 3rd party program would feel the difference. In the bolts case - even legit player got hit of too much delay as andrea said. which in general affected ALL matk users. In the SB case - legit players still spam the same. so there should be no change on other legit players. which in general affected A SINGLE BUILD FOR A JOB. that should not be the case though. also in the case you have too high ping, like ray said on the other thread, that will be a different case to consider.
