Have you tried ra_fild03/04? Hill Winds do drop Harpy Feathers on those maps. And indeed, on the other map it appears that only Kobolds are on the map.

When have you redownloaded the game? What have you downloaded? The All-In-One client works fine, if it doesn't, something on your computer must be wrong. Can you check if you have the latest All-In-One version and if your graphic card works as it should?

Indeed, that does exist, but in that case, you have to fill a ticket about it with the right department and fill in the following questions: - Name of the Guild - Name of the guild leader - Name of all the members applying - Where you heard about ForsakenRO
