Reset your char..Click voting center --> Log in your account --> View Account --> Find your sniper and wizard then click it --> Click Reset Position...when your online character will return to normal

maybe can reduce mobs or add time for the raid ?

1. I would suggest to REDUCE mobs in Christmas Raid because mobs too much, causing a lack of time..and time given only a 30 minute.Time is insufficient, because the wave 1 take 20 minute and still have 5 wave to go... 2.
