On most Ragnarok servers you need to be a specific level to get the next type of Cart. So if your blacksmith is a low level it will not have all the carts available.

It's just funny that you attempted to call me out on something that's not even true. Quit the hating, I'm not even voting [for myself or anyone else], just because people appreciate my originality doesn't mean you should attempt to find something wrong. There's tons of things wrong with my sig that other people have done right... Such as the typography like Term mentioned before. However you're forgiven, you're only human.
