Which ribbon are you looking for? :o edit : if they're an unreleased headgear, you can only get them back by buying from other player which still has the ribbon.

Giving salary isn't something a guild should do you don't have to give so much salaries if you don't want to, it's the Guild leader decisions, Increasing the castle red box will just make ygg seeds and berries tickets has lower value which will make the farmers have to work harder when their only income is farming seeds and berries. -1.

That map errors you whenever you warp there. You can reset spawn point by following these steps : Go to control panel > Login > Select your char > Reset position > done, your char's back to the save point c:
