If you're new i would suggest you to do the forsaken dungeon pass quest, all the monster there droppped at 100%, if you're too lazy, try farming in for_fild02, soldiers drop it at 50%. c:

Mm, since this is a custom server, you can upgrade your weapon instantly by talking to kafra ( type @warp fcity 84 122 ) > item refiner. c:
