    Ventrilo is both faster and easier to use than Raidcall or TS3 imo.

    Yeah, it's random. I've gotten him to say it in 5 minutes, but I've also had to do it 500 times before he said it. Just keep trying.

    What's your budget? What kind of PC do you want, a desktop or a laptop? What kind of games/programs will you be running on it? By the way, Macs can play RO. You just need to dual boot Windows in order to.

    +1 Another thing that I think is dumb about the card remover is the warning dialogs (choose the weapon or the cards, etc), they're pointless. Not like the card remover ever fails.

    It could be your ports/firewall. I haven't noticed the server acting up or being unstable at all lately, so it's definitely something on your end... Do you have any firewalls on your computer, or maybe you're not running it as Administrator?

    Yes, 4 Silver Kiels stack. Stacking Kiels with Silver Kiels is possible as well, unless you have 3 Kiels then they won't stack.
