Sacreds are already pretty expensive, and they have the same stats as fluffy wings so newer players can have access to them and not be at a disadvantage, the only reason why people buy Sacreds is for the looks and different colors. Adding a slot would make it imbalanced in my opinion.

You have to find the locations of the Halloween quests on you're own. The voting center is being fixed.
